Kiss and I love you

Daniel soon come back and tells me that he will be able to stay and I smile.

"Do you want to watch Netflix?" I ask him

"Yeah sure." He says.

I hand him the control so he can pick something.

"I'm going to put Alaïa to sleep, I'll be back." I tell him picking up Alaïa and taking her to her room.

I sing her a lullaby and she quickly falls asleep.

I smile and give her a kiss and lie her down.

After I go back down and see that Daniel has already picked a movie.

"Okay, let's go get some snacks." I tell him.

He follows me into the kitchen and we get all sorts of junk food.

We go back to the living room and put the stuff down on the table in front of us.

I grab a blanket and hand one to Daniel.

I sit next to him but not to close.

He clicks play and we watch begin to watch the movie.

I didn't realize but we were watching to all the boys I've loved before.

I love this movie.

It gets to the part where Lara Jean kisses Peter on the track and I try to distract myself from that.

It makes me want to kiss Daniel.

"We can watch something else if you want." Said Daniel and I didn't realize he was looking at me.

"No it's okay." I said not making eye contact with him.

"Y/n will you look at me?" Daniel asked me.

I turned around to look at him and he was really close to me, I hadn't realized he moved.

My breathe hitches due to the fact that he's so close to me.

I seem to be low on oxygen, I don't know if it's because I'm holding my breath or the fact that i can't process the fact that Daniel is this close to me.

He gets a little closer to me and cups both hands on my face and kisses me, on the lips!

It takes me by surprise but I wrap my arms around his neck and kiss back.

Just then I here Alaïa crying and we split apart.

I don't say anything or make eye contact with him, I just stand up and go upstairs to get Alaïa.

I go in her room and pick her up.

"There there baby, don't cry in right here." I say as I hug her.

She stops crying and I take her down so she can play.

I can feel Daniel's gaze on me.

I sit next to him and don't say anything.

"I'm sorry y/n I got carried away a-" I put my hand over his mouth.

"Stop, it's okay Daniel, do you think I would have kissed back if I didn't want that to happen? Of course not, I enjoyed it." I said taking my hand of his mouth.

He smiles  and I kiss him again, this time he grabs my waist.

We split apart and we continue watching the movie while I put my head on his shoulder and he puts an arm around my waist.

Alaïa continues playing.

The movie later finishes and I decide to make dinner for us and Alaïa.

I begin to stand up but am brought down by Daniel grabbing my wrist and I flinch.

He notices and lets me go.

"I'm sorry, I don't realize." He said.

"It's okay, I just am scared of being abused again and hit, I don't really like being touched." I say to him.

He nods.

"I'm going to make dinner, any suggestions?" I ask him.

"Umm, I like anything so that's cool, whatever you'd like is fine." He says to me.

I go into the kitchen leaving Daniel with Alaïa.

I decide to make spaghetti since it's something also Alaïa will eat and I don't feel like cooking two things.

Soon it's ready and I tell Daniel to bring Alaïa with him.

As I'm setting the table he walks in with Alaïa in his arms and she's giggling and Daniel is smiling.

I admire them for a second then finish setting the table and serving them.

We begin to eat and I watch Alaïa eat making a mess.

"Wow this is so good, you should come to the WDW house and cook for us, no one can cook without burning the house down." Daniel's aid laughing.

I laugh.

"I mean it wouldn't be no trouble, but cooking is not that hard." I say.

Soon we finish eating and I pick everything up and put the dishes in the dishwasher.

I clean Alaïa up and get her ready for her bath.

"I'm going to take Alaïa a bath, you can go to my room." I tell Daniel.

I show him my room and he goes in.

I get the baby tub thing or whatever it's called and bathe Alaïa.

After I finish I wrap her up in her towel and she looks so adorable.

I take her to her room and put baby lotion on her then out a diaper on her and put her in her onesies.

I sing her a lullaby and wait for to fall asleep and put a blanket on her then go to my room.

I find Daniel on my bed.

"Did she fall asleep?" Asked Daniel without looking at me.

"Yeah." I say.

I go to my drawer and grab a silk shirt pajama set.

I go into the bathroom and change.

I put the other clothes in the hamper and I was my face and do my skin care routine.

Next I brush my teeth and then I go back to my room.

I lie down next to Daniel and he looks at me.

"Why do you wear makeup when you don't need it?" He asked me.

"I don't know I guess I just like to do it." I said shrugging.

I sit up and I grab my phone and get on it.

He sits up to and takes me phone.

"Why give it back Dani!" I say.

"No, I have to say something, I've been thinking about it since the first time I met you." He said.

I look at him confused.

"I love you." He said and kissed me.
