Ultimate move; Lightning Throw- He created a ton friction between him and the floor, making a electric charge. He concentrates the energy and throws the lighting from his hand.
Tornado- He runs around at a fast speed, dissolving any and all oxygen inside the room he is in but it's a final resort.
Quirk Drawbacks; his strenght is really weak. He mostly relys on hit and run tactics to fight his opponents since he's not very strong. He also relys on friction between him and the ground he's running on. He also burns a lot of fat when running so he has to eata ton of food to make sure he can fight. There's also a small chance he could catch on fire if he runs without the right kind of shoes.
