Hero costume: He wears a night black sleeveless hoodie with the hood pulled over his head, the left half of his face frozen except for his eye. He usually wears a ice blue shirt underneath with a ice shard painted in dark blue on the front, black trousers and shoes. He also wears night black fingerless gloves with a large circle cut from the middle of them.
Quirk: Icicle
Quirk description: He has the capability to shoot ice from his hand, either creating a weapon to use or shooting a ice beam to freeze his enemy's.
Quirk downs: he is always freezing cold and can never wall up, no matter how hot it is. He also shakes sometimes so it's hard to aim his quirk accurately. He also needs 5-10 seconds to create a weapon depending on what it is.
Quirk ultimate move: Sub Zero- He focuses all his cold energy into one hand and aims it, shooting a thin white beam forward capable of instantly freezing someone. The downside is he usually freezes a part of his body in solid ice, making it basically useless.

Backstory: Luke was born in a different country before moving to Japan. Not much is known but he was very scared when he revived his quirk. He was constantly catching colds until he learned to control his illnesses. He turned 7 when his brother was diagnosed with cancer as well as his quirk. Unfortunately, he found our his little brothers quirk was related to his illness. Every time he used it, his illness increased. The first time using it, He went into a coma for a month. He hadn't used his quirk since because he was permanently hostpilized. His parents passed at when he was 15 and his brother turned 13.
