Tale of the Turtles

Within the school of Monster High, all of the students were talking about what they had just witnessed not that long ago. They just saw, in their opinions, four turtle monsters take down an entire street gang and protected their school. The news quickly spread all over Spectra's blog so everyone knew what happened. The authorities came by and detained the Street Phantoms and confiscated their cloaks to make sure they wouldn't escape.

Currently, Bloodgood was sitting at her desk in her office with Frankie, Clawdeen, Draculara, her boyfriend Clawd, Lagoona, her boyfriend Gil, Cleo, her boyfriend Deuce, Ghoulia, and Robecca stood by her side behind her desk. In front of them stood the four turtles that save them, Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michelangelo.

"Okay then." Leo began their tale. "More than fifteen years ago, there was a man who was named Hamato Yoshi, who was wise, strong, and most of all compassionate. On top of that, he was a master of Ninjitsu."

"What's Ninjitsu?" Clawdeen asked.

"UUUUHHHH." Ghoulia moaned as she answered.

The turtles became confused as it seemed that the others seemed to get what she was saying, but they didn't. "What the heck was that?" Raph asked.

"Ghoulia's a zombie, so she speaks in zombie-nese. I'm guessing you guys aren't very fluent in it." Lagoona said.

"That's an actual language?" Donnie asked in surprise.

Mikey just looked at his brothers in surprise. "What are you guys talking about. She's speaking perfectly normal to me."

Everyone looked at the orange masked turtle in surprise. "Wait, you understood what Ghoulia just said?" Cleo asked in surprise.

"Yeah, it seemed perfectly clear to me." Mikey said with a shoulder shrug,

The monster's looked at Mikey in surprise when he said that. Usually one needs to take a couple classes in order to speak fluent zombie, but the way Mikey was so nonchalant in saying that he understood was quite a shock.

The one who was the most surprised was Ghoulia. She usually gets annoyed whenever someone has to translate for her since they can't speak zombie, but the way he understood her was so...comforting.

"Mikey, how can you understand what she just said?" Donnie asked skeptically.

"I don't know D, I just can." Mikey said.

"Alright then, prove it." Raphael said. "What did she just say now."

"She explained how Ninjitsu is a martial art that uses stealth, speed, and power in combat." Mikey explained.

Leo looked towards the monster group, to see if what he said was true. All of the monsters looked in awe as that was the only answer Leo needed.

"Wow, that was actually spot on." Clawd said in amazement.

"And you did it without even taking a class." Robecca said as she too was surprised.

"I think we are getting off topic." Bloodgood said as she gestured to Leo. "Please continue Leonardo."

Leo nodded as she continued telling their story. "Yoshi was considered one of the most powerful practitioners of. Ninjitsu, but due to unforeseen circumstances he had to leave his home country Japan and made his way to New York. While staying in New York, Yoshi bought four baby turtles at a pet shop."

"That was us!" Mikey cheered as he interrupted. This caused his brothers to groan and he chuckled sheepishly.

"As Yoshi left the pet store, he passed by a strange man walking by. He felt something off about the man, so he decided to follow him into an alley." Leo continued.
