Kim Tae Hyung's POV

I walk into my house.

"Yah, Tae Hyung! Did you give So Hyun the foods?" My mom asked me.
"No, I forgot." I said to her.
"How can you forgot about it?" My mom asked me angrily.

I put the bag with packs of food on the dining table.

"Don't know." I said and walk into my room upstairs.

TUT TUT! TUT TUT!

My phone rang. I pick up the phone.

"Hey K!"

It's the old man.

I'm so sick of this job!

"I have a new job for.."
"I don't want to work with you anymore." I said to him.
"Why? What happen? This is not K that I know."
"Dae! Something happen! Tomorrow I will turn in myself to the police!" I said angrily to him.
"Turn in yourself? Why? What's wrong with you? Are you crazy?"
" Don't worry, I won't talk about you to them." I said and about to hang up.
"Wait! Meet with me tomorrow."
"Where?"
"Coex Aquarium."
"Why aquarium?"
"You will know tomorrow. 9 a.m."

It's 9 a.m. I am waiting at the Coex Aquarium. I never meet with the old man before. I don't know his face at all. Can he find me?

A few minutes later, an old man approached me.. wearing a black hat.

"Kim Tae Hyung." He called my name.
"Who are you?" I asked him.
"It's me, your boss." He said to me.
"Oh., it's you, why did you wear a hat." I asked him again.

He open his hat and show me his face.

I did remember my father's face, he left me when I was 5.. he left me and my mom.

"Dad, how can you do this to me?! You pay me to kill! You used me!" I said angrily to my dad.

"Shut it! You left us after that!" I said angrily.

"I was a detective. I have to leave you guys in order to keep you safe. The killer that I wanted to catch threatened me, I have no choice. After I left you guys, a few years later, I caught that killer with my own hand, I thought it was over...but not. A few days after that, he won in the court and get released, he bribed the lawyers and prosecutors." He explained to me.

"Then, why don't you come back to us?!" I asked angrily.
"I did. But, your mom resent me so much, and then... I got an idea, that killer need to die in order to safe other people. At that time, I met with you through the phone.. you was 12. I taught you the tactics and made you kill that killer. Unexpectedly, you made it so clean, you are so genius! Then, I got more greedy, I made you kill more and became a super killer, K." he explained to me.

A piece of shit.

"I hate you." I said to my father with my cold face.

He look at me.. his eyes became teary.

"I know, my son." He said to me.
"I'm going to turn myself in." I said to him.
"No... please, if you turn yourself in.. you will receive the maximum punishment!" He shouted to me.

It seems like he is worried about me.

"What do you care about me." He said to me.
"No, please son. Run away.." He said to me.

"Why should I? I'm not a coward!" I said to him.
"Run away.. far away from Korea. I will give you the money." He said again.

"Yes, you have!" He said and hold my shoulders.

He look at me.

"I know you have! You need to live for that girl." He said to me.
"What do you mean?" I asked him.
"I know it. You love that girl. You need to live for her." He said to me.
"But... she don't love me." I said to my dad.
"She do... I know it." My dad said to me.

I am stunned. I look at my dad.

"Run away. Let me handle the things here." He said to me.

It's night. I went to So Hyun's house.

I press the bell.

TING TONG! TING TONG!

No answer.

Suddenly, I felt nervous. I press her passcode. Unexpectedly, she didn't change the passcode at all.

This girl.. she has no sense of safety at all.

I walk into her house, I know it's wrong..but, I afraid that something happened to her.
Her house is all dark.

"So Hyun! So Hyun-ahh.." I called her name. But, no response at all.

Suddenly, I saw a light from one room. Is that So Hyun's room? I walk into that room.

"So Hyun!" I called her name as soon as I saw she is lying down on the floor. I put her head on my thigh.

"Yah, So Hyun!" I shouted and slap her face (slowly) repeatedly. Her face is so hot!

She has a high fever! I need to do something!

I piggyback So Hyun into my car and bring her to the hospital.

I am at the hospital. So Hyun went in the emergency room. She has a very high fever. The doctor told me that she is depressed.

I call my mom. I told her to come here, to take care of So Hyun. I also told her that I will leave soon, I told her to take a good care of So Hyun since she is an orphan.
