Derek POV

       "Derek! Get up and get ready for school" my mother screamed.

"Alright- alright I'm up" I replied. Getting up getting ready for school.

I put on a black V neck T-shirt and blue jeans. I walked downstairs to see my mother and father kissing.

"God can you guys stop that's just nasty" I said.

"How exactly do you think you were born huh" my mother said giggling.

" I really don't like to think about that" I say in disgust.

" Son don't forget there will be a pack meeting today after school about the rouges that have been spotted." My father said.

"Yeah okay I won't." I say.

"Alright well I have to get going. Having a great day" my father says as he  kisses my mother and leaves.

"I can't wait until you find your mate, I think about it often" my mother gushed out.

"You think about it because you want grand kids. I'm not even sure if I want a mate mom"  I say as I pick up my books.

"Don't be stupid son you say that now but wait until you meet your mate then you will definitely change your mind. Remember mates are our other half don't forget that also if you ever reject your mate son I'll kick your ass" my mother says with a smile.

"Okay.. well I have to go to school" I said.

"Bye mom" I said walking out the door.

I arrived at school meet up with my bestfriend and beta Mark.

"Hey man how was your weekend" Mark asked.

"Good I was just training-"

"DEREK! Baby I missed you" The pack slut Brittany yelled, running towards me.

"Oh No" I said.

"She still won't leave you alone?" Mark asked.

"She thinks were going out when I keep telling her were not" I said.

"Baby where were you this weekend I missed you" Brittany said pushing her fake boobs all in my face.

"Good luck man" Mark said leaving. I glared at him.

"Don't call me baby, we are not going out" I said sternly

"Of course we are baby" Brittany

"We are not going out so get that through your thick head" I said walking away.

"DEREK!!" Brittany yelled after me.

I just ignored her and walked into my first period class.

The bell had rung and our teacher Mr. Sanchez came in.

"Okay class, take out your books and read chapter 251-324, then we will discuss what you read"

While everyone was reading the door opened and a beautiful girl came in.

"Mate" Me and my wolf said.

"Ohh!" people from my packed said.

"Dude congrats but you need to calm down or you will scare her off" Mark said.

"She's my mate I won't scare her" I said.

"Derek you will, smell around shes human" Jessica a close friend that's also in my pack said.

"What? that can't be" I said. I turned to her, she was in fact a human. At that same moment our eyes locked on Eachother and I didn't care if she was human or not she was my mate.

"Hello, you must be Emma Watson." Mr. Sanchez said. So that's her name Emma, such a beautiful name.

"Yes I am" said Emma, she spoke with the most soft voice.

"Very well how about you tell the class something about yourself?" Mr Sanchez said. After Mr. Sanchez said that I leaned into my seat to listen to see what she's like.

"I am Emma Watson, I am 17 years old and I uhh like to dance."

"Nice! How about you come over here and dance for me!" This boy said. I growled out about to stand up to rip him into shreds but Mark held me down.

I watch my mate go up to boy. She brought her face up close to the boy and her hands were on the kids chest. I was about to get up and rip her away from him and show her who she belonged to but before I could she began to speak.

"I don't dance for losers like yourself and plus you are so NOT! my type." She said. I felt my self calm down.

She walked to the back of the class and sat down.

"I need to talk to her, to get to know her" I said.

"I'll help alpha, I'll just ask her to join us for lunch" Jess said.

"Thank you"

"My name is Derek Wolff, I am soon to be Alpha of the Red Moon Pack, and I just found my Mate. This should be fun" I thought.

I woke up today and felt like updating on this book. To be honest I was actually just going to delete this book but I decided not too.
