Emma's POV

       Classes have been boring but finally lunch time has arrived. I walked outside to the nearest bench and a table.

"Emma!" A voice shouted.

I turned around and saw that weird girl from earlier waving at me like a maniac, but she was not alone. She was with three other guys and one of them happened to be the guy with hazel eyes. Instead of responding I turned back around.

"Hey Emma I told you to have lunch with us silly." Jess said.

"Yeah.. I guess I forgot." I said.

"It's okay well meet Mark, Derek, and my ma- boyfriend Dan." Jess said. While they sat in front of me.

"That's nice." I said opening up my food to have all the butter from my bagel spill on my hands and pants.

"Shit." I said, my phone then began to ring.

"Uh can someone answer that and put it on speaker?" I asked, I think Dan was the one to answer my phone.

"Hello?" I said.

"Babe, I have amazing news!" My best friend Luke said. I just chuckled at his behavior.

"Why hello to you too loser." I said.

"I have something to ask you." Luke said.

"Okay, what's up Lukey-Poo!" I said teasingly.

"Don't call me that you butt." Luke said groaning.

"I have a butt, a good looking one I might add." I said smirking, I looked up and winked at Derek. I saw his eyes get a shade darker.

"No, well yeah you do but I got an apartment and I want you to live with me." Luke said.

"Are you serious, yes! That would be awesome" I said excited.

"Okay cool well I'm going to go look at some furniture for our new apartment. I'll text you the details when I can." Luke said.

"Okay just don't pick anything shitty." I said.

"Alright bye babe, love you." Luke said.

"Okie dokie, love you too." I said hanging up.

I looked up to see the guy Derek looked pissed off.

"Hey are you okay?" I said.
Once I reached over to grab his hand. I felt shocks rushed through my whole body, I looked up to see him calm down.

"Yeah I'm fine." He said smiling.

"Good because you motherf*cker just shocked me" I said pulling my hand back.

"Wait! You felt that?" Jess said.

"Yeah how can you not." I said

At that moment the bell had rung. I got up and ran from them.
