Jongin flinches as he looks over at Sehun, who’s been entirely stagnant and scrolling through his phone without so much as a twitch for the last 2 hours. Jongin suppresses a sigh-- Sehun gets into moods like this a lot. Wherein he spends the better half of his day looking at Internet memes and viral videos on his social media accounts, conjuring up some odd amalgamation of not-so-ingenious ideas before somehow managing to drag Jongin down with him into an endless pit of second-hand embarrassment, bad decisions, and pure, unwavering regret. Jongin blinks at him.

 

“No.”

 

Sehun does that thing where his eyebrows conform to the shape of inverted V’s, and make him look way angrier than he actually is.

 

“What the fuck, I didn’t even tell you what it was--”

 

“No need.”

 

Jongin redirects his attention to his laptop, his half finished PowerPoint presentation staring back at him scornfully. He has a mock-lecture assignment that he needs to have ready to present in 3 days time, and he’ll be damned if he lets his idiot of a roommate derail his progress and inevitably lead him to make a fool out of himself in front of the entire lecture hall; especially considering that Sehun already did his presentation and has nothing to worry about for the rest of the week.

 

Jongin tries to ignore the literal weight on his shoulders as Sehun drapes himself and all his annoying, long-limbed, lanky-ass glory over his back. He groans, trying to nudge him off, but Sehun barely wavers. Jongin huffs,

 

“Seriously, fuck off. I have to get this done and make it look like I at least put some sort of effort into it or Mr.Park will have my head. You know how much he hates me.”

 

 Sehun snorts and, if anything, clings to Jongin with more fervor. “Please, everyone knows you’re Mr.Park’s favorite kiss up. Hell, I wouldn’t even put it past him to try and fuck you at some point down the road—“ Jongin elbows the blonde in the ribs and laughs when Sehun squawks, jerks back and falls right off the bed. He hears the taller grumble something a bout a ‘stupid teacher’s pet’ and ass kissing before he’s clambering up next to Jongin once again.

There’s silence for all of 3 seconds before Sehun’s running his mouth again.

 

“….Okay, but just here me out,“
