The Love Chase

The Bruise .

I woke up and walked to my bathroom to see my self with  Blood shot read eyes, Bags under them , and for some reason I was really pale. I sighed and qucikly walked to my closet and pullled out a very baggy black sweater my jeans and my combat boots . As I was changing I saw my cuts and flash backs of last night came opon me... I Brushed my teeth and pulled my hair into a messy bun, I put some perfume and deoderent on and walked down stairs. "Hey honey you should eat some breakfast" My mom asured me with a smile. "Nah im not really hungry  ... Hey rose you ready yet??" Lies I was hungry ... but for some reason I just didnt want to eat. "Yeah coming " I heard foot steps coming down the stairs. I grabbed the keys and my backpack and drove to school. "Hey are you okay, you dont look to well , Are you sick or something?" Rose broke the silence .. I pulled my sleeves more down .. "Yeah I just didnt s-sleep very well " I replied deeply hoping she would buy it. 

We pulled up to school and got out the car. "Well have a good day violet.." Rose said walking away .. I was walking around hoping to find Melanie somewhere in the halls. When someone suddenly grabbed my wrist behind me . "Hey bitch did you miss me ?! " Melanie said laughing. But she didnt realize her hands were on my cuts..

We walked around a little and then I saw Ashton there looking at me.. He did a head nod that said we need to talk .. "Would you excuse me ?" I said to Melanie walking away to go to Ashton .. What was I doing? "What?!" I said quickly .. " Sorry damn what crawled up your ass ? . I wanted to make sure your okay .. 

*Ashtons P.O.V*

"Yeah im fine just a bruise .. Ill show you later when were working on the project." She replied rubbing her arm.. "Why does it look like youve been crying all night? You look like a mess... ! " I said laughing .. And all she did was look down and walk away . 

*Violets P.O.V.* 

"Why were you talking to him ? He is the biggest ass hole in the school with all his friends . He just hooks up with girls then leaves them . Hes like a freak or something .." Melanie said as I arrived..  Why was she saying that..? Couldnt be true could it .. ? But he is a ass hole. 

"Just u-uh asked about ou-  A project in history..."  The bell rang and we walked to class .. Same old same old ...

Until I met a very cute guy that sits behind me ... "Hey beautiful whats your name? " ... "V-violet ... yours?" .... "Im nick ." He said with a smile...

I walked out of English and started looking for Michael ... And I was about to walk in I felt a tap on my shoulder .. "Hooowwwww ya doinn' " I turnt around to a now a pink haired tall boy ... "Hey michael ! I said with a smile walking into History.. "Hey you going to the dance next week ? " He asked ... "I dont know ... I dought it , Its not my thing... " I said looking down .. " Oh okay well If you wanna be my boogie buddy for the night im here " He said laughing .. " I-Ill think about it" I replied Laughing too.. 

I sat down and the teacher spoke .. "I hope all of you have an Idea for you projects .. "  As he said that Ashtons eyes quickly found mine ... He smiled .. I dont know why but he did.. It gave me butterflies. I turned around to see Michael and Ashton laughing together with thumbs up ... Welp . that was confusing .. the day went on and The final bell rang. 

I walked over to Ashtons truck and waited for him ... I sat down with my head between my knee's closing my eyes.  "Hey you ready?" A voice startled me .. " Oh. u-uh yeah" We got into the truck and drove off... I didnt say a word the whole ride there .. I just looked out the window ...

We Arrived and walked into his room ...

*Ashtons P.O.V*

"Hey can I see the bruises now" I asked rocking back and forth on my feet ... "Yeah whatever here" .

She pulled up her sleeve and ,

*Violets P.O.V*

"Yeah whatever here". I pulled up my sleeve and comepletely forgot about the cuts ... And there ... There It was .. A purple bruise with about 8 cuts above it .. God im so fucking stupid.

"W-wha-why ?...." He asked ..  "Just forget you ever saw that .. Its fine really just leave it alone . Forget it." I said turning around to leave but he grabbed my arm. "Wait ,cant we just talk " ... "No theres nothing to talk about , We work on our project or im leaving ..." 

"Okay..."

We walked out the door together since he offered to give me a ride home .. 

Another silent car ride...

We got to my house and I walked out still shocked of how stupid I am ... And walked into my house, Then to my room , Then to my bathroom .... Then to my blade.
