Layla grabbed onto the microphone stand, shifting her weight on to it. One voice from the crowd started singing the lyrics. She looked out into the crowd and seen a figure moving through the huge crowd, as they kept singing, one voice after another joined in, singing the song that Layla had no clue about. This figure was a woman she could tell. The lady kept moving and squeezing through, this task growing more difficult now that people were getting hyped up. This figure started jumping to the beat, others following her actions. After a few seconds, she could make out who it was. Herself. Layla ran up to the edge and told the security to let this person through. They did as she told them, and the crowd kept singing.
Michael ran up the steps, grabbing onto the microphone and Layla stepped back. Michael sang the song, in Layla's voice of course. She was shocked, what were the odds?! What should she do? Watch? She for sure couldn't dance. Michael grabbed her hand.
"Follow me, as best as you can, once this song is over we'll cut this short," he explains.
She nodded. He started to dance, effortlessly. She was in awe. She had never thought she would ever see herself dance in this way. She was then hit by the realization to follow him. Her feet started to move the way his was. Obviously he was fast, she fell behind on some movements, but the crowd didn't notice, they were screaming the lyrics and dancing themselves. The song did come to an end, and Michael dragged Layla off the stage. To everyone else, this random lady dragged Michael off stage, which was pretty odd behavior that security should grabbed the lady, but they didn't. A few moments later Michael told her what to tell the crowd.
Layla grabbed the mic, "The show is sadly ending, I know only one song was performed, but I'm not feeling so well tonight. You all will get additional tickets for free on the way out for another concert that should happen within the year. Thank you for coming and I'll see you when I come back. I love you."
A translator got the message out. The crowd started filing out. Surprisingly they were calm. Maybe this was a good idea to come back at another time. She went into Michael's dressing room and found him on the couch. Now that they had their bodies in sight, what could they do now? She sat next to him in silence. A weird smell was in the air.
"Have you showered?" he asked her.
She sighed and shook her head.
"You haven't showered in two days?! Are you kidding me?!"
"Have you?!" she snapped back.
He crossed his arms and looked somewhere else, "No."
