Hazel's POV (three years have passed)

I watch as his smile fades as I tell him the news.

"He what? I thought you was going to bring me good news. What...why," Aiden shakes his head.

"You know how easily this could happen, this is all your fault," I shoot back.

"MY FAULT!"

"Yes, you knew putting him in charge of this would cause death."

"No, I didn't think putting my two year old son on the toilet to poop would cause death to all nostrils."

Long story short he ended up getting me pregnant before that 1 year deal could go into effect. We named him James. He looked like a James. Oh and we got married. Want a flashback? HEY YO AUTHOR, give em the flashback please.

FLASHBACK😘

"Mom, I'm nervous as heck," I say sitting down holding my stomach.

It's ironic that you needed up just like me. Pregnant on your wedding day. And your expecting anytime now. It would be crazy if your water broke too," she laughs.

"Mom, it's not funny, I'm really scared. What if he changes his mind and leaves," I ask.

"I'm gonna tell you this right now. The way that man looks at you is the same way your father looked at me. I can tell he loves you with all his heart. And to be able to stand you this long, yeah he's a keeper."

"Yeah, whatever," I laugh feeling a little better.

"Now, get ready so momma can walk my babygirl down the aisle."

My mom really wanted to walk me down the aisle so she can give Aiden a death stare.

I apply the last bit of make up and do an overall check.

"And there is the music," she says smiling. I smile back and for the first time in my life, I feel like I'm making the right decision.

"Ready," my mom asks. "Ready."

We walk through the doors and my eyes connect with his. His eyes light up and so does mine. He gives me the smile I fell in love with and I swear I fell all over again.

"Do you Aiden Maddox, take Hazel Shipp to be your lawfully married wife..."

"I do," he says smiling at me. My stomach begins pinching and I ignore it. Not now please not now.

"And do you, Hazel Shipp take Aiden Maddox to be your lawfully married husband..."

"I do," I say smiling.

The next few seconds were a blur. I remember feeling liquid run down my leg, my mom rushing over, and Aiden picking me up.

Next thing I knew I was in the hospital giving birth.
