Chapter 6

After two days of ignoring Hyunjin, Y/N looked at her phone and saw 525 unread messages from Hyunjin. Instead of reading them, she just got up and got ready for school. Before Y/N left to go to school, she went to go get the box under her bed and came downstairs. She went outside with the box and lock the door before heading to school. As Y/N got to school, Hyunjin suddenly called her name but she ignored him.

Y/N P.O.V
I heard Hyunjin called my name but ignored him because I was still hurt from that day. He came towards me to stop and to talk to me. Instead of stopping for him, I just kept walking away. As I walked away from Hyunjin, he suddenly stopped me by back hugging me tightly. He whispers to me, "Why are you ignoring me, Love?" After a while of not answering, I asked him, "Why did you kiss Momo?" He was looked at me confusedly and ask, "What do you mean? I never kissed anyone besides you because I love you."

"On that day when you ask me to come to Naejangsan National Park, I waited for you. As I was waiting for you, I saw you and Momo kissing passionately, like you didn't want to let her go." I said as tears started to come down my face. I turned around and gave Hyunjin the box, that was in my hand, but before he could say anything, I ran away from him. I saw Gloria and Seungmin run after me but I just kept running, until I made it to the rooftop of the school. I cried in pain until Gloria hugged me and ask, "What's wrong? Why are you crying?" I told them everything and cried even more on Gloria's shoulder. Seungmin ends up patting my back and hugged me too. They both suddenly moved away from the hug and Gloria replied, "Wow, I never thought that Hyunjin was that type of person. I'll talk to him about it, don't worry."

"No don't please. I don't want to break your friendship with him. Please don't, I don't want to see him anyone for what he did." Y/N explained while crying.

Hyunjin P.O.V
When Y/N gave me a box, I saw tears coming down her face, as she ran away from me. Suddenly Felix and Jisung came to me and Jisung asked in a confused voice, "What did you do to Y/N to make her cry like that?"

I ignored Jisung's questioned and told them, "Hold this box for me." I suddenly see Gloria and Seungmin running after Y/N, so I followed them. As I was following them to the rooftop, I quickly hid from them, so they wouldn't notice me. I started to feel tears coming down my face as I listen to Y/N's explanation about that day.

When she said that she didn't want to see me anymore, I came out from the spot, where I hid and said to them in a hurtful voice, "Y/N, I'm sorry for hurting you. Making you feel unloved and for being rude, but let me explain to you or why I did that."

End of P.O.V

Y/N, Gloria, and Seungmin turned around to see who was talking and saw Hyunjin with tears. Hyunjin walked over to Y/N and went down on his knees in front of her.

"No, Hyunjin no. You've hurt me enough, so don't give me an explanation and just leave me alone." Y/N ran away from Hyunjin while crying even harder as Seungmin followed her.

"What the heck, Hyunjin? Why did you cheat on Y/N with Momo? You know that Momo is Y/N's bully, so why out of all people, would you do this?" Gloria asked Hyunjin in an angry voice.

"I know that I hurt her but please, listen to me."

Gloria sighs with frustration, "Fine, but the next time I won't listen to your explanation." Hyunjin nodded and started to explain.

Flashback to 6 months ago

Hyunjin was waiting for Y/N at the school gates, to walk her home. As Hyunjin was waiting, Momo and Woozi went up to him; Woozi pushed Hyunjin into a wall and held him there. Momo walked up closer to Hyunjin and smirked, "Well, well, well, isn't the playboy Hyunjin?"

"I am not a play." Hyunjin struggled to escape.

"YA! You better listen to me or someone will get hurt." Momo shouted at Hyunjin and cupped his face. "So will you listen to me?"

"No, never. I'll never listen to you." Hyunjin shouted back to Momo as he felt his cheek burning in pain.

"So, I guess that you're fine if Y/N gets hurt, right?"

"NO! Don't hurt her." Hyunjin yelled with anger.

"You better listen to me then."

"Okay, fine I'll listen, just don't lay a finger on her."

"First thing first, you'll be my boyfriend, while you're dating Y/N. Second, treat Y/N coldly and rudely. Also, don't hang out with her as much as you do now."

"Okay, fine but you better not hurt her." Hyunjin was frustrated and walked Momo home, so she wouldn't hurt his love, his everything.

As they were walking, Momo mentioned, "But if you do any physical contact with her, she will get hurt under my command."

"I told you that I'll listen to you and to leave her alone. If she gets any cuts or bruises anywhere o her body, I will do the same to you." Hyunjin said in a serious tone. Momo nodded and clings onto Hyunjin's arm, while she was laying her head on his shoulder.

They both got to Momo's house and Momo tried to kiss Hyunjin on the cheek. But he dodged the kiss and left without saying goodbye to her. She groans in annoyance and went inside. Hyunjin thought to himself, 'how am I going to do this to Y/N? I love her so much that I don't want her to get hurt. She's my everything, the light into my dark world.' All these thoughts came into his mind as he walked home.

Hyunjin suddenly got a call from Felix and answered, "WHERE ARE YOU, HYUNJIN? DID YOU KNOW THAT Y/N WAS LOOKING ALL OVER SCHOOL FOR YOU."

"She was looking for me?" Hyunjin questioned and Felix replied.

"Yes, hyung. She was looking for you because she said that you were going to wait for her and walked home with her." Instead of saying something, he hanged up the phone and just walked home. As he got home, he saw Y/N and Felix there.

"Hyunjinnie!" Y/N exclaimed and went to him, but he moved away from her. "What's wrong, Jinnie?" Hyunjin ignored Y/N and walked inside the house. He slammed the door and sobs. Hyunjin felt heartbroken since he ignored her and saw a sad face from her.

Back to the Present

Hyunjin had sobs even more as he was done explaining. "So you only ignored and treated her terribly because of Momo?" Hyunjin nodded and saw anger in Gloria's eyes. "What about the kiss you gave Momo?"

"That kiss was from her. She forced me to kissed her because she saw Y/N." Gloria came to Hyunjin and hugged him.

"It's okay, Hyunjin. You were only protecting her from that evil witch."

He muttered, "But Y/N is still hurting because of me."

"She will forgive you, Hyunjin. Just ask her to give you a second chance."

"She won't listen to me, though I've been trying to tell her."

"You loved her and that's the important thing. So let's just go to class and tell them others later, okay." Hyunjin eyes were red and puffy as they head to class.
