We Don't Know Each Others Name

Dustin's POV

I walked away from her cell wanting to let her out, but she doesn't know everything yet. She needs to know about her new...lifestyle.

I walked out of the basement and found my way to my room. I wanted to go to sleep, but looks like that isn't going to happen right now.

When I saw Melissa sitting on my bed, I stopped dead in tracks. I was obviously still mad at her.

"What do you want, Melissa?"

"To know if you have told her anything about what we are, and what she is?"

"I've told her some things, like that we are werewolfs and that we don't transition every full moon, like in movies."

"How could you tell her? she isn't ready to know. What if..." she started telling, but I cut her off.

"She isn't ready? How can you say that when she has already turned into wolf. She needed to know. And all I told her was that we were werewolfs. Anyways you're the one who bit her!"

Before she left my room she retorted, "Don't act like you didn't want it. And if I didn't do it. You would've." With that she left.

I don't understand how she can be so mad at me when she started all of this. I know we don't usually get along, but now it's worse than usual. I thought siblings were supposed to be close.

Well your history! You and her were the pack alphas only children. She is the eldest and you were going to be the next alpha, when she thought she should have been. Then your dad died... and your mom isolated you guys from the pack. How can she not be mad that she was supposed to be alpha. Not you.

I understand. With that I fell back into my bed and replayed all the events of today until I drifted away into a slumber.
