Noah and I laid in the sun for a few hours and we were baked!! We dipped in the water a few times to cool off and then we both started to get hungry. We went in the house and there wasn't any food so we decided that we would go out to eat at a little restaurant that we had been to many times before. Noah said that he would get a shower in his parents bathroom and I headed to the bathroom upstairs to get ready. I took a quick shower and threw some shorts, a hoodie and my flipflops on. I piled my wet hair into a bun put a little makeup on and off we went. We got fish sandwiches and fries and we stopped at an ice cream place on the way home. Noah and I were both feeling chilly and we both noticed that we were burnt and needed some aloe. We had to stop at a store on the way back got some aloe, and some breakfast and lunch food for tomorrow. Noah had a fake ID and so were got some beer and wine too.
Noah asked what I wanted to do and I told him I needed to go call Alex and then maybe we could watch a movie after. I could tell that he was a little disappointed when I mentioned Alex's name. I was gone for almost an hour, I had lost track of time. After I came back downstairs I noticed Noah had already started drinking. I grabbed a beer out of the fridge and plopped down on the chair and we started to talk more. I could tell Noah was already a little buzzed because he started asking me questions about Alex and really personal questions about our relationship. He asked if we had made plans for when college started and were we going to try the long distance thing and then he confessed to me that things didn't work out with Leah. One beer and I was starting to get a buzz and I felt like I was on fire and freezing at the same time. I remembered my sunburn and then remembered the aloe gel we bought at the store. I asked Noah if he could put me out of my misery and please please put some aloe on my back. He just laughed and repeated the same thing he told me on the beach so he put it on my back and I put it on his. Again, when I rubbed his shoulders and neck I could tell he enjoyed it. We just sat there for a while and watched the movie and then I got up to go the bathroom and I grabbed another beer for myself and Noah. This time when I went to give him his beer he patted the seat next to him on the couch and instructed me to sit. I sat down and we finished the movie and drank a couple more beers. It was still early and neither of us were ready to go to bed and we both were buzzing, when we decided to play truth or dare.
