The last period bell had just rung and dean and Cas started walking their way down the crowded school hallway when Dean noticed Sam over at his locker.

" Hey Sammy", Dean said continuing to walk over to where Sam was standing.

"Don't call me that, its Sam," he said, a light colored blush starting to spread across his face as he noticed deans friend.

"Whos that," Sam said in a mocking tone, pointing to Castiel.

This is Cas," Dean said, "he's my school guide". Cas put his hand out to shake sam's and said "hi."

Sam just looked down and responded "hey".

Cas awkwardly put his hand down in silence and looked at Dean. Dean then looked into cas' ocean blue eyes and said: "bye see you tomorrow, meet me at my locker" in a sad tone.

Cas then responded with "ok bye". Before Cas turned away he noticed Dean mouth Sorry, when his brother wasn't looking.

"Come on Sammy," Dean said and Sam quietly followed Dean out the school not saying a word and not looking back. As they hopped into the Impala Dean asked Sam what was wrong.

"Nothing" Sam responded "Guess I'm just a little tired" Dean knew Sam was lying but decided not to say anything. He then started the engine of the Impala and started the drive back to the motel.

Cas went to Gabriel's locker to go pick up his annoying little brother. "How did your day go?"cas asked Gabriel.

"Good ..... I think I have a crush" Gabe blurted out by accident. He could never keep a secret no matter how hard he tried.

Cas started smiling and asked who it was. "I'm not telling" Gabe stuck his youngest out as Cas before laughing.

Cas just took Gabe's hand and started walking to the bus stop. As always Gabe had a lollipop in his mouth and cas stared at it thinking to himself where is he always getting them from.

When the bus finally arrived cas Walked on the bus, first paying for his then Gabriel's ticket, they both sat down next to each other.

They really didn't speak much on the ride. When they got home Castiel's mom was waiting at the door.

"How was  your day," their mom asked as she set something down on the table

"Good", they both said at the same time.

Their mom was setting up the table for dinner and she told them to both go wash up. So they went upstairs. When they got back downstairs dinner was laid out and their mom said: "come, come sit down".

So they complied when they sat down Gabriel immediately trying to dig in when his mom just gave him the look. "you know we pray before we eat." their mom said clearly annoyed.

Gabe just sighed and put the food down as they all connected hands and started to pray.

When Sam got home from school he laid on the couch exhausted from school. "Are you going to tell me what really happened at school today," Dean asked.

"nothing happened ok," Sam said and expected to hear some argumentative response from dean but to Sam's surprise, Dean didn't say anything.

So Sam just continued to think about the boy he had met at school today for some reason Sam just couldn't get him out of his head.

"What do you want to eat" Dean asked.

"I want a salad" Sam responded.

"You and your rabbit food...you disgust me," Dean said playfully shaking his head.

Dean left and came Back 30 minutes later with a double bacon cheeseburger and a salad for Sammy.

As they ate they watched Guardians of the Galaxy by sams request of course. Just before they went to sleep Sam asked Dean a question.

He said, "how do I tell someone I like them". Dean shot up and said, "my little Sammy's growing up" in attempted to fake cry.

Dean noticed Sam's glare before laughing. "Who's the lucky lady," Dean asked curiously.

Sam just rolled his eyes trying to hide the blush because Dean didn't know he was bie.

Avoiding Dean's question Sam spoke again. "So how do I do say it," Sam asked again.

"Just be open and honest about it," Dean said.

"Thanks, dean, goodnight" Sam responded.

Happy that things seemed to be picking up with Sam dean just said "goodnight Sammy" in a satisfied tone.
