Yn's POV
I was talking to my Uber driver. Yeah I know it's sounds weird. But he was gentlemen enough to drop me here plus, help carry my bags up for me. So I offered him a coffee before he goes back to work. This was the same cute Uber driver who dropped me here when I first came Ohio, who I'd thought I'd never see again. Turns out he actually lives near my old area back in Ohio. So why not offer him a drink. We sat and we talked. I came to find out that his name is Ace. I don't know of any guy called Ace but I like it tho. Yeah but anyway we talked which I never thought would've happened but then someone knocked at the door, interrupting our talk. I opened it and the sight took my breath away
"Rico😳..."
Rico's POV
I breathed heavily leaning against the door frame, "Yn... Why aint you on your flight?"
"... I missed it... Rico... why are you here?"
I was distracted by some dude just chilling on her couch. I walked right past her into her place, "Mann who tf are you!!"
I walked inside tryna find out who this clown is. Sitting on the couch like he belong here, "Who the fuck are you and what you doing sitting up in here. Do you know who I'am nigga?!"
"Rico?!!!", she yelled
"Aye bro look. I'm just...", I cut dude off
"Save it mann, You know what", I was so mad I just held my fist up but then Yn was hollering like wtf is going on
"RICO?!!... Stop!!", she walked up to me holding my fists down, "That is my Uber Driver"
"What... What is your Uber Dr..."
Yn's POV
"I don't owe you an explanation Rico...", I rolled my eyes
"Mann look... I need to talk to her. So you...You gots to go", he turned to Ace
"RICO?!! For crying out loud stop trying to control everything", he looked at me like he was confused with what I was saying then I turned to my Uber Driver, "Ace, could you just give us a second"
"But..."
"Ace... please, for me"
He nodded and he got up, walking out
"Ace?... Yn, you know his name? And he's doing favours for you now?! Man I should kick his ass"
"RICO!!", I yelled
"Look, I'm on duty so I'm just gonna go... I'll catch you later Yn", he sighed and left out
I turned to Rico, "Rico, what the hell is wrong with you?"
"What's wrong with me, what is wrong with you? How you ain't telling me your leaving but you tell Jay?"
"Rico... What are you even doing here?"
"You didn't answer my question, Yn"
I sighed, "I didn't tell you, cause... I know you'd react like this, okay Rico. And I can't put up with that, specially as the last memory of you before I leave"
"...Don't leave me Yn"
"Rico... look your making this hard for me. We can't continue to carry this on, pretend like we are fine. It would be toxic"
"Whatchu talking about. We are fine"
"No... No we are not, Rico. And you know it. I can't stay here and keep pretending that we aren't more than just friends. And If we did, it would fuck up our friendship 10 times harder than me just using you..."
"Idgaf about that no more but right now, what I'm here for. Is you. I made that sacrifice and now you gotta choose...", he chuckled, "Remember what you told me, that night. You love me... remember that"
"Jesus christ Rico... We had SEX!"
"Actually, we made love but that didn't stop you from telling Jay the exact same thing you told me. Funny thing is I never had the balls to tell you how I really feel, and neither have you"
I shook my head in denial then I started tearing up, "Rico... I... I love you... I do. But this... us, I just can't do it no more"
He walked closer to me and held me, "I'm here though, right..."
"Yeah but that's not..."
"That's not what? Good enough. Look here, I'm here. I came to stop you from making the biggest mistake of your life girl"
I cried but I also laughed, "Your crazy..."
"What?..."
"You came all the way here, for me?"
"Yn, I'm crazy about you. Fuck what happened a few days ago. We can start fresh, but forreal this time and I promise you. Your time here, will be worth it. Plus I really don't want you to leave me"
"That's sweet...", she smiled
"So... you gonna stay?"
"No Rico", he sighed, "Look Rico, it was a nice ride but I'm better back home. You understand right?", I rubbed his cheek
"I understand that you wanna leave..."
"Rico, your making this hard for me"
"Well let me make it easier for you. Yn, do you love me?"
"Rico I do but..."
"Say it..."
I sighed, "...I love you"
He nodded, "But you wanna go back home", He started tearing up
I nodded, "...Yess...", I said lightly as I was about to cry with him
"I'm not gonna see you again, am I?", he cried
"I dont know... Rico", I whispered
He looked down and nodded. I made him look back at me and wrapped my arms round him, "Kiss me...", I whispered
"What?..."
"I just want the kiss to tell me something. Just kiss me...", I whispered
He crashed his lips onto mine passionately. It got a little sloppy, like into a passionate french kiss and then we both slipped into tongue wrestle. He pulled me by the waist, against him. I slowly let go off the kiss and I looked back into his eyes
I walked to the door and I locked it. I walked back over to him, and I lead him onto the couch. He dropped back on to the couch and I climbed on him and I kissed him again. He slid his hand under my jeans...
