Hey guys! So I didn't plan on writing anything else for this story today but it came to my head clear as day so I just had to. Hope you enjoy it if you read it though! Sorry for any mistakes - I'll probably come back and edit everything once I've reached the point in the story that my writers block kicks in. Hopefully that won't be any time soon though - I'm enjoying and liking the direction this story is going into already!

*Lanas PoV*

After the words left her mouth, Lana stood there, hands placed on her hips staring at the women in front of her. Although the women turned to her, she did not speak. Lana took a step forward, her expression turning to one of pure cold hatred.

"I asked you a question." Lana stated, rather forcibly for someone that was doing so. It was doubtful that the other women would respond to her harsh words but her anger at finding someone, especially this women, in her families home.. old home was just too much for her to bear.

The women blinked her eyes looking Lana up and down. she gave a small smile, but it held no warmth in it. "Lana" she said, speaking loudly and clear. "I..I didn't expect you to be here." the words were uttered with a hint of embarrassment to them and although Lana believed the words, she was not satisfied, who would be with that response as to why one of the subjects who tormented in your nightmares were in a situation like this.

"Not an acceptable answer.. Terra" she said the other womens name with emphasis. She clenched her fists, and took another step towards her. This was when the womens scent hit her. She blinked, and her fists unballed. There was a clear air of hesitation in her body language now. She doesn't smell human thought Lana, stating the obvious to herself.

Terras smile grew as she saw Lanas reaction. There was an amusement in her expression now. "My dear Lana" she spoke the words softly, almost trying to comfort the other girl. She knew it would not be easy stumbling across her like this, and Terra knew Lanas kind well enough to know that her sense of smell would give her away for what she was.

Lana pointed to the door, gone was the hesitation of a moments before. "Leave.. NOW" she shouted the last word. She had no interest in knowing or trying to understand why the women in front of her was changed she's one of us a small voice at the back of Lanas mind said. No.. This monster will never be one of us answered a louder. clearer and stronger part of mind.

Terra startled slightly at Lanas raised voice. The smile faded from her expression and she looked at Lana in concern "Lana, wait and let me explain." but Lana merely shook her head. She did not and would listen to anything Terra had to say. She did not give 2 shits as to what lies would come out of her mouth.

Terra sighed and shook her head. She was not one to admit defeat, but she could see that Lana would not listen. It was probably a huge shock to the young girl to come across her. "Ok. I'll go" She said simply and Lana looked away as she walked out.

Lana heard her go and let out a breath she hadn't been aware she was holding. She wanted nothing more then to punch the wall of the large kitchen and scream, but she wouldn't show that sort of weakness, not even if she was alone. She raised her hands to her head and pressed her fingertips to her temples. She stood like this for some time, before shaking her head to snap herself out of it. She didn't have a lot of time to get back to the caves and she had to moved quickly.

She moved through the house, making her way to what had been her bedroom, in what had almost been another life. She walked over to the dresser and pulled the jewellery box towards her. Opening it she smiled once she saw that the gold locket she had always worn before was still there. The last time that she had come here she had left it behind. She had had no more hope fo ever seeing Jasmine or her family again. Her fingers closed around the locket and lifted it, she opened the palm of her hand and looked at it for a few moments before closing her hand around it. She looked out the window and saw the first signs of sunrise appearing in the sky.
