He was 14 when I first moved to America,I was 13.

I am now 17, On my first day at my new school I found life a lot harder than it was in London.

I hate it ! I hate it ! I hate it

I repeated over and over in my head . No one knows me here, its so hard to talk to people, everyone I've tried talking to just makes fun of my accent.

Ugh I just want to go home.

After lunch I just went to take a test to determine what classes I will be put into. It only lasted about 30mins. My mind wonder during the test, as I couldn't concentrate, all I could think about during was if I was going to make any friends;will I be popular or nerdy or worst of all, will I be a nobody.

As soon as I got out of the room where I took my test, I went straight to the girls bathroom to fix my make up and re-apply my lip gloss.

As soon as I excite the girls toilets the bell rings.

great

I thought to myself. I quickly rush to hide behind a wall while the crowds go by. It's all too much to handle on your first day. I can't wait to get home.

Unfortunately I don't own a car so I have to get the school bus home.

I sat next to a boy with dark brown hair, he was gorgeous, I mean look at him, he's perfect. As soon as we get off the bus someone grabbed my arm.

"HEY" I shouted, I turn round to discover that the person that grabbed my arm was the boy I sat next to.

"heeyy" I said with a flirty voice.

"Hey, your new here aren't you" he says.

"yeah..." I reply

"well I guess you haven't had time to talk to people, soo here's my number" he says handing me a small bit of ripped paper with his number written on it.

"But we just met...I don't even know your name" I say to him confused.

"Jack...whats yours?" His dreamy voice asks.

"Umm it's Rosie..."

"Cute... so will you text me tonight?"

"yeah of course" I respond blushing slightly.

So today didn't turn out that bad after all ...
