Hello and welcome to my entry for the Open Novella Contest 2019. I had such fun last year, that I was dying to have another go this year, and here I am sliding in just under the wire. Took me a long time to come up with a story I wanted to write, but it eventually popped into my head.
Prompt:
FANTASTICAL FICTION
8. Family Heirloom: You've inherited a family heirloom. For years, you've left it sitting in a box at the bottom of your closet, until one night you hear it singing to you. You try to ignore it, but the pull is impossible to avoid. Once you touch it, the power unlocks and you are thrust into your destiny.
