Chapter 20

Yellow led me to a room where we were completely alone. I was nervous to say the least!
"I'm sorry about how I acted earlier." She turned and faced me. I was pretty much chest to chest with her. I was frozen and I couldn't even speak. "Are you ok?" She asked as I felt my face darken. I just nodded. She pressed our foreheads together and I smiled. I thought this was just one of those little moments... like she held my hand sometimes when she was driving the ship and stuff... I didn't think this was anything different. I thought that until she gave me a gentle kiss on the lips. It was quick and soft. I was shocked at first but I realized I wanted this. She kissed me again but for much longer this time.
"Are you done?" Blue diamond said from the doorway. White just looked confused. I was flustered as all hell and basically hid behind yellow. Her face was dark but she half smiled.
"Has this been happening for a while? Did you really not want to... tell me about this?" White diamond looked very concerned as she spoke, almost sad...
"I-I'm going to go back to the others..." I mumbled as I walked back to the pearls. I was slightly shaking and I just told them I would tell them what happened later.

When everyone was helping fix the gems that had been corrupted I saw someone I recognized.
Amethyst? I thought you were dead?! It wasn't the crystal gem, it was my amethyst. My amethyst.... she looked at me sitting by yellow diamond and looked... mad... or disappointed.

She didn't talk to me until we were about to leave.
"How can you be on their side (yn)?"
"This is the first thing you say to me after 5000 years? Everything is different now."
"I'm trying to protect you!" She grabbed my wrist but I pulled it out of her grip.
"I am going back with my diamond. You aren't going to be able to stop me."

I am sorry this took longer than it should have.
I have an irregular heartbeat and during world history today my chest started hurting and my heart started beating extremely strange and I almost had to go to the hospital.
So yeah.

Just laying here writing an English paper and having this stupid monitor for five hours :'-)
