Sapphire POV
Do you ever feel like you are ever being watched? Well boy do I know that strange feeling...ever since my friend Benjamin body was found in the lake five months ago I could never shake the feeling off, I'm probably just being paranoid that there's someone coming after me.
**Theres a knock on the door**
"Hm..who could that be?" I muttered to myself as I got up off the couch and walked over to the door, stepping up on my tippy toes to see through the eye hole "Sapphire it's my Insanity" said a voice that I immediately recognized, my best friend insanity. I open up the door and was greeted by a wide smiles best friend making me laugh a bit "Hey San, What brings you to my humble home?". Insanity chuckled a bit as she walked into my apartment "Just checking on how my old pal is doing that's all, how are you Anyways?". I laugh a bit  and hug her "I'm doing okay..uh how have you been?" There was a long pause "I've been doing great you know! Just living the dream" said insanity making me a bit skeptical. "..uh okay?..well you thirsty? Can I get you anything to eat?" insanity shook her head and smiled "Nah im good...uh hey wanna go exploring? Down in the woods like good old times?" My eyes lit up and i jumped up and down a bit "oh meh gurd! Yessss! I'd love to go exploring!". It has been quite a while since I left my home, I just spent most of my days locked up in my room ever since...he...died.

"Earth to buddie" insanity waves her hand in front of me, snapping me out of my thoughts "hm? Oh sorry got lost on my train of thought" I sigh a bit.

\Sapphire POV still/
I follow insanity into the woods and I get that strange feeling of being watched again making me look around to make sure we weren't followed. "Hey Sapph.....im sorry I wasn't really there for you when..Benny died" I look over at insanity and give her a small smile "There's no need to apologize alright..now let's continue exploring before it gets dark". Insanity shrugs and continues to walk, I follow behind her admiring the view around me "it's been to long since I've been here" I whispered to myself, thinking. <FLASHBACK>
"Bennnjaminnnn" I whine a bit making the blonde boy laugh in response " Sapphireee". I laugh a bit more and lay back on the ground next to the lake "I can't believe we are graduating this year...I mean it was just yesterday when we were small little shrimps in elementary". I look back over at Ben as he leans close to the water edge, he looked a bit sad making me wonder if he was okay "Yeah...you promise you won't forget me when you go off to college?" Said Ben making me laugh and roll over to him, hugging him "pshh! I could never forget you dork! You're like my best best! best friend...don't tell insanity that!" <sapphire I am hurt ;-; I thought I was your best best friend XD> Ben chuckles and hugs back "I won't tell...but seriously don't forget me..you are the best thing that has ever happened to me in my life...and if ever some dipshit breaks your heart I'll break his ribs and makes sure to never ever be able to say anything again". I felt my face heat up a bit as I listened to Ben...I wish I had the courage to tell him how I felt. <END OF FLASHBACK>

I felt something being thrown at me and I snap out of my thoughts..how long have I been side tracked for? "Earth! To! Sapphire! Get! Your! Head! Out! Of! The! Clouds" said and annoyed insanity who was throwing pebbles at my stomach. "S-Sorry i Just haven't been sleeping.." I sigh a bit and fold my arms as we walk...I hear a small chuckle and look around at the shadows and see two red glowing eyes "I-insanity look o-over there!". I begin to panic a bit as I shook my friend making her look over and laugh a bit "Sapph...there's nothing there stop being so paranoid alright? Anywhoo I have a surprise for you..can you close your eyes for me?". I nod my head a bit and close my eyes, covering them with my hands. "Alright open them!". I opened my eyes to see insanity gone making me loose my mind "s-San! This isn't funny!" I slightly whimpered as I walked around, tripping over something. "O-ouch!" I winced a bit and tried getting up "Need some help?" Said a strange voice making me look up "u-uh no I'm fine" I said as I stood up, stumbling a bit as I fall into the stranger chest "I-I'm so sorry" the stranger chuckled. "No need to apologize love". I went quiet, why does that voice sound so familiar. "Don't you know it's rude to stare?" questioned the stranger. "I'm sorry it's just you look so familiar..like an old friend of mine" I mumble, walking back a bit from the stranger an my eyes widened a bit noticing that he had a link like outfit and had red
substance leaking down from his eyes...my eyes widened.
"B-Benjamin? Is that you" the stranger head perked up and looked shocked "w-wait sapphire?! Is that you?". I grin widely and ran up to Ben, squeezing him in a hug "I-I thought you were dead...I-I..." I began to cry as Ben embraced me in a nice, tight hug. "I was dead but now I'm here...I'm here for you I couldn't bare to see you in all that pain..". My crying calms down as we remain in a hug for the next twenty minutes "...so was it you who was following me this whole time?" I questioned making Ben laugh "Yeah that was me...I made sure you were safe and nothing happened to you" I blush a bit and look down...I'm still a wimp who can't confess..
TIMESKIP TO A FEW MONTHS LATER

As Ben and i began to hang out more again the more and more I fell for him..AGAIN!...I wish I could confess to him..."yo Sapph...I got something for you!" Said Ben making me turn my head "what is it?" I tilted my head as I followed his voice  to my living room, my eyes lit up as I saw it decorated with flowers and candles and to see Ben in Tux "Ever since we were kids Sapph...I fell in love straight away..I wanted to confess to you but I didn't want to ruin our friendship but now I think it's a good time to tell you how I feel about you...sapphire will you be my girlfriend?". I smiled..a big smile! And I ran up to Ben tackling him in a hug and smashing my lips on his "Yes! I'd love to be your girlfriend!".
