The news was all over, President Jane Sparrow Grayson was alive, and she was recovering. Honestly, the Vice President gladly handed the title of President back to the woman, and nobody put up any argument.
The whole world decided that not only would the day of Jay, the holiday that commemorates the death of Blue J. It would become the day of J, to signify how the most influential person on the planet came home.
Jane sighed, luckily, she didn't get aged up again. She's already lost nine years of her life, now add this extra year, she was glad.
Her memories came back, and Bruce told them how Dr Fate altered the worlds memories, so that Jane could be safe. She wasn't so much mad, but she now had more in common with Jason.
Today was her first day back to work as the President, so she was en route to the White House. All in All, Jane was content. Sure, her life has been so screwed up, but she's done extraordinarily well.
Anyway, when she got to the White House, she was met with a warm welcome. Jane smiles, and waved to the people who came to welcome her. She saw the Vice President, she gave him a smile. They had a mutual understanding, helping others is more important.
Anyway, she was led inside by the secret service. As she walked, Jane was thinking. Heather was a sweet girl, and she was honoring her. She knew she wanted some of her family with her, and she got an idea. She took out her phone and called Bruce.
'Jane, how is Washington?' He Asked, and she just rolled her eyes.
"It's fine, but I was wondering. Can Heather live with me? I mean, I can keep her training going, and get to know my sister. After all, she is trying to become Blue J, without using my name." She said, and he heard Bruce laugh.
'She did go with you, her and Damien made a pact, they won't be jealous of each other. She volunteered to stay with you, to help with your recovery, and to be with you.' Lily laughed, then turned back around and walked to the car. Everyone was looking at her in curiosity, but shock when they say a little girl hop out of the car.
"Heather, you little ninja." Jane said laughing, as she scooped her sister up for a hug. Everyone relaxed, it seemed like the President knew the girl.
"Well, someone needs to keep you company." The girl said, and Jane just laughed. She set the girl down and led her to the White House. She turned her head to her aid.
"I'm gonna be talking in the Oval Office, I have some things that need to be addressed." The woman nodded then ran off, Lily was then escorted to her room. Heather not leaving her sisters side.
"Ok, Heather. I'm gonna need you to look through my clothes and find something nice to wear, I've got to find my leggings and favorite nice shirt." Jane Said, as she looked through her dresser. Heather pulled out a black skirt, and a white shirt, with a green jacket.
"Perfect choice, now let's get you ready." Jane Said, as she helped her sister into the outfit. Heather has seen many pictures of her sister, and heard many stories, and honestly, they didn't do her sister justice.
She was told of how kind and caring Jane is, and how much she loves her family. In history, she was told of how Jane was the first female President, and how she was so down to earth.
She didn't really wear fancy stuff unless it was necessary, and she pretty much always wore regular clothes. She also was told of all the humanitarian services she created. Jane was truly a saint, and Heather laughed in her head.
Jane was up for becoming a Saint, but since she is still alive, that'll have to be put on hold. If Heather had a say, she would have made Jane a Saint. Saint Jane, Patrons Saint of heroes and getting through hardships.
"Ok, Heather, it's time." Jane Said, as she led Heather to the Oval Office. Where a camera crew was, and some secret service members. Jane sat down and Heather stood off to the side with the security. Then the announcement began.

The team was watching TV when the program just stopped, the Presidential emblem popped up, then the Oval Office showed up. Everyone gasped, the news was true, and their President was back.
'Hello, I'm sorry that I interrupted your shows, and programs. I understand how boring these announcements can be, believe me, I hated them as a kid.' Jane Said, and everyone couldn't help but laugh at that.
'I'm appearing to you all today to tell you that not only am I alive, but I still am fighting for you. I was informed of how my first few changes affected life, and I'm glad to hear that things have gotten better.' Jane Said, and everyone smiled, she was so good at her job.
'I know there is still a lot to address, like poverty, and corruption. However, I know we can and will fix them. I've dedicated my life to making people's lives better, I didn't want others to go through what I did.
Starting tomorrow, I'm gonna personally see to it that orphanages and homeless shelters are taken care of, and given the proper founding. Like I said a year ago when I was chosen to be President, we don't need the military as much as we need our basic rights.
I have faith that the JLA will protect us, and I don't doubt the military, I just know violence isn't the answer. There are children being sent to Juvi cuz orphanages are too full, people dying in the streets cuz they have nowhere to live, and families being torn apart cuz they don't have enough money. This needs to be taken care of and stopped, and I can't do this alone.
So, I'm asking you. All of you, to please help. Help me put an end to the under founded facilities that are meant to help. Together, and only together, can we win this battle.' She said, as she smiled. Everyone was shocked, President Jane just said that she wants help?
'Now, I've probably taken enough of your time. So, I hope you all have a good evening. And, I hope you all have a good night." She said, as she stood up. Everyone saw a little girl run to her and give her a hug, but she knocked them both down. However, they were laughing. This made everyone smile, then their shows came back.
