Reading lists...
This is a bit of a big thing for me, and a lot of people, since they apply to both writers and readers. Note that while your library is private, your reading lists are public, meaning anyone and everyone is going to see them should they stumble across your little corner of Wattpad. Yes, writers get a notification whenever you add their book to your reading list, but not when you add it to your library, meaning that writers will know what list you've added your work too.
I've had my work added to fanfiction lists before by mistake. Fun times.
For me, I like it when reading lists have good names – and by good, I mean they have nice grammar and perhaps an interesting name, maybe an emoticon or two thrown in for style.
Good Books is a perfectly fine title, and most writers will be happy to have been added to a list like that (including me). Trash is a slightly more disappointing list to be added to (though thankfully that hasn't happened to me yet). If you have a theme going on your profile, then by all means keep it going with the names and the like.
I'm also wary about having too many reading lists, but that might just be me.
They're a good way to sort books out, and they can also tell someone what kind of books you like to read – whether you like a bit of variety or whether you more stick to one genre.
