LIZA POV

"I'm really sorry I'm late I had a lot to do"Tessa said when she got to the table reserved by me.
"You haven't changed a bit since high school, remember u were always late for first period, for lunch, for party...."
"Liza, I think that is enough to remind me about Dynamic high school "Tessa said interrupting me
"Whatever "I said rolling my eyes
Tessa was my best friend in high school we lost contact when we were about to go to college because she suddenly went to live in Australia with her mother without telling anybody even me, we bumped into each other at the city mall last week and we really made a scene at the mall. We decided to meet at a restaurant to hangout and update each other about our lives......
"Hello, earth to Elizabeth "Tessa said waving her hand to catch my attention.
" oh, I'm sorry for zoning out"I said a little embarrassed.
We told each other everything about our college lives and what we are doing now, I told her about my husband but I haven't told her my husband is Liam, I want to tell her in a surprising way.
"I have always known that Luke was a dick and Simon was the better brother, he couldn't even stand up for you instead he supported your father, that is ridiculous "Tessa said shaking her head irritated after I told her how my dad and my immediate elder brother disowned me.
She had always hated Luke and I must say they fought a lot, Luke was equally irritated by her and always tell me not to bring her to the house which I never listen to, which makes simon to always end up dragging her out of the house after she and Luke fights I must also say she was a Tom boy.
"So... tell me about your life in Australia and why you suddenly left" I said eager to know why she suddenly left for Australia.
"I suddenly got a scholarship at Australia and I and my mom had to go immediately"Tessa said
"That is not an excuse to leave me without any letter or something to tell me what happened, it was just like our friendship didn't mean anything to you"I said feeling the anger I felt eight years ago when I went to her house and found it empty.
"I'm really sorry, I found it really hard to forgive myself all this years for leaving you just like that, I left without any word because you were so happy we were both going to WSU and you went to visit your grandparents at Korea, I didn't want to be a killer joy moreover I told Liam to tell you I went to Australia "Tessa said feeling sorry for her action.
"I will forgive you for now because I don't want to ruin the evening for us "I said still feeling a little mad.
"You haven't even asked of Liam" I said
" Oh I'm sorry, how is Liam? "She said less interested which hurt me a little bit but decided not to say anything.
"Well.....Liam is my husband!!!"I said with a squeal.

TESSA POV

"Well Liam is my husband "Liza said squealing, omg! omg! This is not happening, my biggest fear has come to pass, I feel like I'm Choking on my food, I coughed repeatedly and Liza was by side in seconds Patting my back, after like a minute I was back to my self and Liza went back to her sit .
" I think I caught you off guard, I'm sorry" she said worried
"No it's fine, yeah you got me off guard but I'm fine " I said lying.
" Are you sure, I can get you more water"she said still worried.
" I'm fine really I'm fine "I said assuring her.

LIZA POV

I didn't expect Tessa react that way, to be truthful I was scared,she assured me that she was fine but deep inside of me I know there was something wrong but I chose to ignore the feeling.
"So as I was saying, Liam and I are married and we have a very cute little son, you would love to meet him, his name is Dave"I said excited about Tessa meeting Dave.
"Hmmmm really, I have a very tight schedule this days because I have a modeling job which will take a lot of my time "Tessa said without interest which bothered me.
"Is there something wrong Tessa"I said feeling concern.
"I'm just tired , I've not rested since I came back to America that is all"she said.
"Ooh okay"I said not satisfied with her answers.
I prefer not to say anything further about Liam and Dave since I feel she is not comfortable with me talking about them, so we eat in silence.
We left the restaurant and went to a near by mall to shop by then the uncomfortable feelings was gone, then we went our separate ways
