Criminal Todoroki}

My eyes were blurred, but although I had no idea were I was, by now I was use to it. Waking up topless in a bed and feeling like shit was normal for me, I'm a busy man, and busy men need to know things that they probably don't know. I rubbed my eyes, huh I'm at home.

I clicked my neck and shoved the not so clean white blankets off myself. Being a normalish person I went to the window and observed my surroundings. Grey skies, the casual street kids stealing from shops and of course a police cars siren in the distance echoing into my ears, the sight is depressing as always, sigh.

My phone started ringing in the kitchen, I'm guessing it would be Kaminari. The only person other then myself who I trusted was Kaminari, we grew up together in a small town west of here. He's my best buddy.
"Hello!" He said once I put the phone to my ear.

"Speak of the Devil!" I laughed through the phone while pouring myself a coffee.

I heard him pause for a second as if there was something wrong, "I need you too... go downtown. To a place called... Bensway street? And- Ahh!!" Kaminari screamed what's going on back there?!

I went to ask him what's happening but he cut me off before his name even came out my mouth. Denki Kaminari never stutters, What's wrong with him today...

"I'm fine Todoroki... I'm fine... just a spider," He replied between heavy breathes, "Meet me at Benson street, usual meet up time, at 107a. See ya buddy,"

"You too Stupid," I said with a joyful smile on my face. The guys still scared of spiders, ahaha.

Just as I hung up I could have sworn I heard him crying and... and a voice or two in the background? No, it's the morning and your probably half drunk, don't be crazy Shoto.

I got changed into my clothes and brushed the hair off my face. I really need to get a job... other then a babysitter as well. Horror filled my mind as I replayed the memory of those kids staring as me.. demons...

I finished off my coffee, lit a cigar then headed outside. My apartment was surprisingly far away from were Kaminari's meet up spot. I lived in the Sunset motels; No where near nice but it's far better then being with my father.
I had a lot of cash still, my fathers rich, and some of that money went into my bank account. In fact, I don't actually need a job, the fools just going to keep giving me money. The only thing he wants from me is to become leader of the police apartment.

I began walking to my destination.
Soon I noticed the street my mother was on, a quick stop by the old lady won't do me any harm.

My mother was amazing. She was so understanding and wise, I use to go to her when I had problems in high school. She always knew how to help and she only ever wanted to help, my mums my hero.

I stepped through the crooked steel gates, past the blossom trees and along the grass till I saw her grave.

I sat down in front of her and smiled.
"Hey mum, it's me again. I was just going to meet up with Denki again, but in the way I walked by and decided to call in," I felt my eyes getting hot, but I knew Mother didn't like to see me cry so I held the waterworks back, "I miss you Mum, we all do. The brothers are now exploring the world together, Dabi has gone off to New Zealand with his wife to start a family, and sis had gone to Japan to study her roots. I'm the only one here now. But I'm happy I'm still close to you, I love you Mum".

Even when she can't reply to every problem I have, somehow when I leave the grey skies turn blue, the street kids become the cheeky little boys me and Denki once were. I smiled a bit, making my grey and white hair fly back.

The skies were dark again, the night had come. But I couldn't help but see the stars.

I soon realised I was now on Benson street, and surprising 107a was just around the corner. I spotted Denki, but the first thing I realised was how uncomfortable he looked, the absolute opposite of me, when usually it was the other way around.

"Heya Kaminari, you feeling alright? You don't look to well," I asked, curious of why he had been acting like that.

He was usually so bright and always full of beans, "H-Hey there p-pal," He replied struggling to keep a smile.

He started walking into an ally way, he went to go hug me and instead of the classic hug he cried. Not loud shrieks of sadness but quite sobs with big tears.

"R-run,"

*Bang! Bang! Bang!*

My best friend. Dead in my arms. His blood running down my own body.

"I-I-I! K-Kaminari..."
