Jessie P.O.V

Cause Beau is complete idiot and is afraid of getting caught, he only let us take our phone, a blanket, a change of clothes and shoes, and my notebook and pen, incase we needed it to write down any addresses we needed to find Jai.

"Ready?" Beau whispered, meeting me and Luke out in the hallway, trying not to wake Mum up.

"Yeah." I whispered nervously. "How long does it take to get to Adelaide?"

"On foot, nearly a week." Luke sighed, looking at google maps on his iPhone. My eyes nearly popped out of their sockets. A week?!

"Have we got enough money? Where are we going to sleep?" I asked, getting slightly scared.

"Yes, we have enough money. I don't know where we'll sleep though." Beau said, but it came out as a question.

"We'll find somewhere."I sighed. "Come on then." I said, sliding down the stair banister, Luke and Beau following. We slowly opened the door, hopped the fence, and ran to the park where we were meeting Daniel and James.

"I have a question." James said as we were walking down the road.

"What?" i asked.

"Are we actually going to get to Adelaide?"

"Yup."

"Can't we get a train or something?" Daniel asked.

"I guess, but it'll have to be loads of different ones." Beau said.

"Are we actually going to run away?" I said quietly, getting more nervous every step we take.

"We have no choice. If we go, then fail, he'll be-" Daniel started, but was cut off by Luke.

"Don't say it." He whispered. I could see tears slowly forming in his eyes.

"Come here, idiot." I joked, and gave him a hug. Usually, it's Beau who does this..

My thoughts were interrupted, when my phone started ringing.

Mum.

"It's mum." I said to Luke and Beau with wide eyes.

"Don't answer it!" Luke said.

"You don't answer it!" I said, throwing the phone to Luke.

"It was Beau's idea to run away, he can not answer it!" He said, throwing the phone to Beau.

"We have to answer it, otherwise she'll think we've been kidnapped too!" Daniel said.

"3..2..1.." Beau counted down, and pressed answer.

Me, Luke, James and Daniel: "BEAU DID IT!"

Beau: "HEY!"

Mum: "What am I going to do with you lot, ey?"

Me: "Like we said, BEAU DID IT."

Mum: "I got your note.. Where are you?"

Luke: "We can't tell you, you'll come stop us."

Mum: "Please come home, the police are doing everything they can."

Me: "But we know he's in Adelaide, we just don't know where."

Mum: "Just let the police do their job. Tell them, then come home. Please."

Luke: "We can't Mum, we just can't."

Mum: "At least leave Jessie at home? She's too young."

Me: "Hey!" I protested. Mum chuckled a tiny bit, then sighed.

Mum: "You're exactly like your brothers, you know that?"

Me: "Well duh, I'm related to them."

Mum: "Even if you are with them, you're still too young to be going to Adelaide by yourself."

Me: "I'm not a baby anymore! I'm perfectly fine with them, I can look after myself."

Mum: "But-"

Luke: "Mum, I swear we will look after her, there's 4 of us boys here, she'll be fine."

Mum: "I don't know.."

Me: "Please Mum!"

Mum: "I'm sorry Jess, just come home."

Beau: "Mum-"

Mum: "She's too young."

Me: "I'm 15!"

Mum "I've made up my mind."

Me: "I'm not coming back. Not until we find him." I said, then hung up before she could object.

"You badass." Luke sniggered.

"Shut up." I laughed.

"She's going to absolutely murder you." Beau said, a smirk on his face.

"It's worth it." I said, still giggling.

"So what now?" James asked.

"We keep walking I think." Daniel said.

After about an hour of walking, we saw a very familiar car driving towards us.

"Is that mum?!" Luke exclaimed.

"I think." Beau said. "Run." He said, and all of us ran off into some nearby trees. We kept running and running until our lungs were burning. I turned around, to find I was alone.

Oh crap..

"Guys?!" I whispered/yelled. Oh my god this isn't happening..
