What I have: I am a 5,6 and a half, blue/green-eyed, pale ginger (not me above). I weigh 160ish pounds, and I have medium sized lips and eyes. I wear glasses to cover the bump on my nose that I hate so much (and bc I think glasses are cute). I have DDD boobs, a stomach that is too big, no hips, thickish thighs and a slight thigh gap. I have shoulders that are too big and a small face. I am 16 years old.
I want to be 5,3. I want to weigh 130 pounds. I want huge, anime-like eyes. I want a tiny, bump-free nose. I want big red lips. I want my hair to be redder and curlier, much like the pic above. I want narrow shoulders, no more muffin top, and a tiny waist. I want big hips, a big booty, and a better thigh gap. I want a lifted face and perfect skin. I want my crush to love me.
I am starting my subliminal journey with beauty. Later, once I get my results, I will move onto more magical things like psychic abilities, agility, perfect visualization, healing powers etc. I also worked on my nose at around age 13 with subliminals but gave up after a short amount of time.

I realize it's a lot, but despite what some of you say, your subconscious cannot get confused as it only retrieves info and has nothing to do with logic, and it does not get overworked as it is working constantly anyways. It does not get tired, because only conscious things get tired.
Limiting your beliefs of what your subconscious can do sets them in stone.
I am also reading Neville Goddard's Essential collection, and trying to sort through all the religious stuff to get to his other teachings. Life changing, would highly recommend.
I have listened while asleep for a few days now, and I believe some things have changed, although I'm not completely sure. Idk. Also I've been avoiding mirrors cause I hear that helps train your mind.
