Tour bus!

I was doing some last second packing before we left tomorrow, we were taking their tour bus to Portland. Once I was finished packing I headed downstairs with my luggage, it was 7:00 pm and the band and their crew were going to pick me up at 5:30 tomorrow morning. Dan was at his hotel finishing packing up and he was going to stay the night at his hotel. We haven't seen each other for a few days but we have been texting a lot. Kyle and I got a bit closer (as friends) and he told me that there is a girl who is the tour manager's assistant, who flirts on Dan a lot, but he ignores her, at least that's what Kyle said.

It was 9 o'clock and I thought I should go to sleep because I had to wake up early tomorrow morning. I went to change into my pajamas and then I took my phone and put my alarm for 5:00. I went to my bed and fell asleep.

I woke up to the noise of my annoying alarm clock, I quickly remembered what day it was and got out off bed. I put on some skinny jeans and my red hoodie and rolled my luggage next to the entrance. I had some cereal and by the time I was done it was 5:25 and I heard a knock on the door and I said "Who is it?" and someone replied "Open the door, it's too early for jokes" I oped the door and see Dan standing there "Someone's not in a good mood" I say. He grabs the handle of my luggage and I grab my backpack. "Jeez you packed nothing! You're bag is as light as a feather" he said "Well, that's what happens when you don't pack all off that extra makeup and girly stuff. The only thing I brought besides my clothes are my drawing supplies and my Nintendo" he nods and we walk into the tour bus and he introduces me to everyone I haven't met. Dan and I decided it was best if we don't tell everybody about out relationship, the only people on the tour who knew we were together was Kyle, Will, and Woody. Then I walk up to the only other girl on this bus, I'm guessing it's the girl Kyle was talking about. "Haley, this is Gaby, Gaby, this is Haley" she crosses her arms and just nods a little to say hello, I nod back. I look back at Kyle and he shrugs his shoulders. Dan takes me to where all of the beds were and he points to a top bunk and then says "Yours is the top and I'm right under you if you need anything" "Ok sounds great, I might take a nap right now. If I'm not awake by 9 wake me up" I say and he nods. I climb into my bunk and quickly fall asleep.

I wake up to Dan shaking me and saying "It's 9, wake up" "Ugh, I don't wanna" I say. He picks me up out of bed and places my feet on the ground. I grab some of my drawing supplies and my computer. We walk to the lounge and see Will and Woody playing on their phones and Kyle is 'awwing' at a cat magazine, typical Kyle. We all say hi to each other and then I sit on the floor and place all of my things on the coffee table. I look around at Dan, who is sitting on the couch behind me, and say "What should I draw?" "How about an owl?" he says and I nod. I open my laptop and search 'owl' and I find a picture of an owl flying and then I start drawing. About half through Kyle said "Oh my god, when you said you could draw, I didn't think you meant like that, that's amazing!" "Thanks, the bumps on the road aren't helping though" I say.

A few hours later I finally finish the drawing, it's just a sketch though, I say "Tada! All done" and show all of the guys. Sam, their tour manager, said "Wow, I got a designer who is amazingly talented and hot, thanks Dan!" I remember that we hadn't told any one that we were together. Dan looked slightly angry and said "Your welcome" I walk over to my laptop and start editing my owl picture a bit so it looks like it was drawn on a computer.

Once I was half way done with editing Kyle walked in and said "The guys and I are going out, do you want to come?" "Only if that chick isn't going" I say, he laughs a little and says "No, she isn't, you really don't like her, do you" "No I don't, did you see that toothy grin she gives at Dan all the time," I say "Well anyways, I'll come" We walk out and see Dan, Will, Woody, and Sam there. We start walking towards a little restaurant we passed on the bus. We walk in and the host walked us to a table. I sit in between Sam and Dan, Sam thinks I'm single and is trying to, I think, flirt with me. Dan is looking very uncomfortable and says "Um, Gaby, can I talk to you outside for a second" I nod and get out of the chair. I walk right behind Dan and we head outside. He starts "I don't like the way Sam's flirting with you" "I could say the same about that Haley" I say "Oh she's a slut," he says "what I'm trying to say is that maybe we should tell them soon" "Maybe, when?" I ask, he says "I'm not sure, but when it's right" I nod and then back inside like nothing happened. We sat down and luckily no one asked what we were talking about. We ate and then we were all going to split the bill. I was getting my credit card out, until Sam said "I'll pay for you, Gaby" I reply "No, it's okay. Look, my cards already out" the waitress comes to pick up the cards and Sam says "I'm paying for hers, also" I sigh and say "Okay, but just this time" Just then Dan stands up, I know what's going to happen so I look down at the table. He says "Okay, sorry Gaby, but I can't take this shit anymore. Sam, Gaby and I are dating"

Sam's POV

Oh my god, this is embarrassing, I just decide to act casual and say "Oh sorry, you could've just said" I feel so bad for hitting on his girlfriend, but I didn't know, right? He replies "Yeah, well, don't do it anymore, okay" Gaby's looking down at her feet, God, she must be embarrassed. We all get our credit cards back and we walk back to the tour bus. I walk directly to the kitchen area and see Haley there. I sit next to her and she says "Hey, did you ask her out?" I had told her that I wanted to ask Gaby out, and I knew that Haley liked Dan... a lot. I had to tell her though, I said "No, turns out that Dan and Gaby are dating" All she said was "Oh" I grabbed a beer and then headed up to my bunk. I quickly downed my beer and then fell asleep.
