Chapter 3: Kid hates me

~~ Grimm's Pov~~

I've only been here for a week and I gotten along with everyone well except kid. He keeps glaring at me when I look at him, and I haven't even seen him at home a lot I guess he doesn't wanna be around me. " hey Grimm, do you wanna hang at my place" I look up from my notes to see Maka standing in front of me " yeah sure, I'll meet you outside" "ok" then she left. I started to pack my things then headed to the door only to be stopped by kid " can you please move out of the way, I don't want to make Maka mad" I asked him but he didn't move he just had a blank expression on his face.

" I don't like you, I will never like you has a sister or even a friend" he took a step forward as I took a step back " better watch out Grimm you don't know what's gonna happen" I was confused and hurt at what he said " is it because you never knew I existed and you hate me for that" I left the room holding back tears and went outside to find Maka waiting for me. " hey Grimm I think we shou- hey what's wrong" Maka looked at me with concern " I'll explain later can we just go to your place" I asked and she nodded.

-- At Maka's Place --

"kid said that to you" Maka yelled when I explained to her what happened with me and kid, I nodded " so what kid said that, he just must still be upset to know that your here" soul said has he came in here " oh shut up soul, don't make her upset some more" I looked back and forth from soul and Maka as they keep arguing about my feelings " why do you care for her, you only knew her for a week Maka" soul argued, Maka's face was red and looked like she's gonna explode any second " Maka Chop!!" She screamed and hit soul on the head and he went flying across the room.

Eli looked amused from the couch " what's so funny " I asked he shrugged " it's kinda similar to the reaper chop that your father usually uses on spirit " so Maka what did you say that we're gonna do " I asked wanting to change the subject " uh, oh yeah i was thinking of training with the others at the woods so we can get stronger if any evil comes" with a big smile on her face and I couldn't help but grin " that be awesome" her smile grew wide and she walked to her room to get her trench coat ( if I'm correct).

~~ time skip to the woods ~~

We gather around the woods with our weapons in our hands " so what are we gonna practice on the trees or us or maybe both" black star asked walking around I just rolled my eyes, god I know this guy is an assassin but to me he's an annoying retard that I want to punch him in the face so I decided to speak up " why don't we practice black star" he just grinned and stood a a few feet away from and I watched him close his eyes to concentrate then he bolted towards me but I stopped him by my sword in front of me and I took a turn to the side and elbowed him in the gut and kicked him in the shin, I watched him fall on the ground, I walked over to him "do you believe me now of being powerful than you" I smirked at him and he nodded.

I held out my hand and helped him out " I can't believe your better than me " he grumbled and Tsubaki turned back to herself and comforted him, wow she must really care for him " Grimm look out!" Uh, but I didn't got out the way in time because I felt pain hit me in the side and I hit a tree a few feet away from me and I saw black. Is she ok" " how am I supposed to know" " guys she's waking up give her some space" I opened my eyes and see everyone around me " what happened to me" " kid shot with his gun then you blacked out after you hit that tree" Maka explained with a glare in kids direction and he returned one for her.

Kid looked at me with a smug look on his face " I warned you sis, don't worry there will be more " then he walked out the door. "He hates me so much he wants to kill me, he even tried to when we we're at the wood" i felt tears prick my eyes but didn't let them fall " it's ok Grimm, Liz and Patty will watch him and he also fainted when the tree got a side ways mark from you" " because it wasn't symmetrical. Jeez I hate when he gets dramatic about that and I'm sorry you have to be with him Liz and Patty" They both shrugged because they don't mind it then left the room.

" get some rest Grimm, we'll see you the next day okay" I nodded and they left. I took a sigh, why do you hate me kid and I'm gonna find out why so let's play fire with fire.
