The day seemed to go by slower than usual. Finally, school was over, i could finally lay on my bed for the rest of the day, i mean besides i already had my homework done. The walk home from school was shorter than the usual. I unlocked my front door, i was hoping my older step brother wasnt home. He isnt that pleasent to talk to. I threw my bag away from me onto the couch in the front room. I didnt hear anyone in the house, so i assumed no one was home. It was finally friday too. I opened my door to my room. I decided to open my blinds beacuse the sun felt good on my skin. I sat down on my computer chair. Mochi was looking at me through the glass. "hey bud" i gave him a smile, i know hes just a gecko, but hes like a person to me. After my computer turned on, i saw something in the corner of my eye, it was out the window, i look down on the sidewalk to see a girl who looked about my age, she was skateboarding down the street, her hair was bright pink, maybe thats why it caught my eye. Ive never seen that girl before, i wonder what shes up to?. I didnt think much of it, i mean some adults pass by with their dogs and children, but ive never seen a girl who stood out that much, since everyone was so plain and basic in this town.
