"Franklin you are not missin' my graduation to go hang out wit' Lamar!" Roxanne called out as she sat on her bedroom floor, curling her black hair.
"I'm just joking wit' ya Roxy, chill out. I wouldn't miss my baby sisters graduation for the world, especially to hang with Lamar's stupid ass" Franklin chuckled as he fixed his black dress shirt, the only nice shirt he actually owned. "You're gonna go do somethin' wit' your life unlike everyone else on this dang block" he said proudly.
Roxy just nodded and applied her eyeshadow, little did Franklin know that His little baby sister didn't have any money saved up for post secondary school. How could she? She needed to help her aunt out with paying bills and such.
They made there way to the local high school for Roxanne's grad. Franklin and their aunt sat in the audience, waiting for the young girl to walk across the stage to receive her diploma. The list of graduates was so small that it only took about half an hour for the whole thing, but Franklin didn't even stay for all of it.
Michael, Franklin's new found 'mentor' called him and said he needed his help with something and that it was urgent, not to mention there was money in it. So, Franklin snuck out of her graduation and left to go see Michael.
After, Roxy met her aunt outside the school, giving her a big hug, but when she noticed Franklin wasn't there, she got a little confused. "Where's Frank?" She asked and looked around, "he walked out after you got your diploma, I tried to stop him..." she began before Roxy angrily stormed off. This was the biggest day of her current life and her brother couldn't even stay for the whole thing, oh no, instead he rushed to see Michael since he was so stuck up that white middle aged mans ass.
Roxanne was so upset she just went home, changed into a pair of skinny jeans and a pink juicy couture hoodie then got in her car and drove to what she hoped was her new place of employment, The Vanilla Unicorn.
She walked into the strip club and asked around for the manager before one of the bouncers lead her into a dingy, sort of smelly office that looked like someone had been living there.
"And you are?" The middle aged, balding, homeless looking man asked in a slight Canadian accent that she quite liked "I'm Roxanne" she said and sat down in front of the man, "I was really hoping to get a job here" She smiled, trying to be charming. "Well we aren't hiring right now but..." he went quiet for a minute, gazing at Roxanne "I think I can make an exception..." he grinned, "Im your new boss, Trevor. Now is your stripper name gonna stay Roxanne, kinda sounds boring to me" he said truthfully.
Roxanne was surprised she got the job so easily, she didn't even have to prove that she could strip or pole dance (which she could). Trevor...that name sounded so familiar and he looked familiar she just couldn't place a finger on who he was at the moment. The girl thought for a moment and shook her head "No. I like Roxy better...Roxy Mae" She beamed.
Trevor was very fond of the beautiful young girl, he got up and shook her hand, "You start tomorrow sugarTits. I'll message you your schedule tonight" he told her. Roxy blushed and shook his hand, thanking him a few times before leaving the club, a sly but content grin on her beautiful face.
'I ain't no baby anymore' she thought happily to herself as she got into her car and drove home for the night.
