I play with the twins for a while, while Marshall changes.

I look up to see Marshall standing by the door.

"Really, really good" I say looking him up and down.
"Thanks, you look amazing, as always."
"Ready to go?"
"Yea, I'll go grab Blue."
I go downstairs and put the twins in their strollers. Marshall and Blue then come down the stairs.
"Lets go Blue, you don't want to miss out on all the candy."
Blue cheers and runs out the door.
We eventually catch up to her and start going from house to house. We wait with the twins, while Blue goes and collects candy.
"Thanks for dressing up, Marshall. It means a lot to me."
"It's not a big deal baby. If you and the kids can put up with me 24/7, I can deal with this costume for a few hours. Plus, I actually really like it. It's makes me look even more sexy."
I just laugh. How did I end up with such a goof? But he's not wrong, he really does look sexy.
*time skip*
When we finally get back home, the twins are passed out and Blue is too sugar high to even stand still. I take the twins to their room, put them in their pajamas and then put them in their cribs.
I get back downstairs to see Blue and Marshall...baking?
"What are you guys doing?"
"Baking some brownies" Blue responds.
"Why? It's almost 9 Blue, you should be sleeping by now."
"But mommy, it's Halloween! Can't I stay up a little longer?" she whines.
I look at Marshall for help.
"Okay Blue, how about this, we bake the brownies, eat them and then you go to sleep?" Marshall asks her.
She nods. Even though I don't really like this plan, it'll have to do. Marshall gives into her all the time. There's also no convincing Blue, she's so stubborn sometimes.
When the brownies are finally done, we eat them with milk and then it's time for Blue to go to sleep.
"C'mon Blue, time for bed" I say.
"Ugh, fine" she groans.
I send her to brush her teeth and then I go up and tuck her in. I kiss her forehead, turn off the lights and leave her room.
I go to me and Marshall's shared room and see him already passed out. Couldn't even wait for me till I got back from Blue's room, damn.
I change into some pajamas and lay next to my goofy, whiney, kid-like boyfriend.
