Ah uno, a game that breaks hearts and shatters the friendships of many. It was a normal day in the UA dorms when a certain alien queen decided that today was the perfect Saturday for a family game night.
Narrator's POV:
It's been ten minutes since Mina announced the idea of a class wide card game, and with most of the group on board they began planning the event. However, Lord Explosion Murder over here wasn't so keen on the idea and would much rather spend his weekend in his room. Upon him attempting to escape the common room, his self proclaimed squad begged and pleaded for him to stay.
"For the LAST time I don't wanna play your shitty card game pinky." yelled the human bomb.
Mina pouted as Denki follwed up on Bakugou's left, "Come on Kacchan, it'll be fun."
"Yea especially since the whole class is gonna be there." mentioned a smiling Kirishima.
Suddenly, the blonde's interest piqued. You see for the past month Bakugou has had many strange thoughts. A prime example being the fact that the shitty nerd he was supposed to despise is also the shitty nerd who gave him heart palpitations. He had absolutely no idea why his heart was the way it was. However he did know that this game of uno was a chance to be near him without having to own up to any feelings. Long story short, he was willing to bite the bullet and go knowing good and well that the tomfoolery that would ensue would make his ears bleed and annoy the fuck out of him.
Giving in he sighed "Fine, I'll stay for one fucking game ok? Now leave me the fuck alone."
The remainder of the group cheered and dashed off to actually invite their classmates.
(Timeskip: 3pm)
Bakugou was the last to show up as he grumbled down the stairs, joining the rest of the class in the room.
"Alright! Everyone's here right?" Mina asked.
Everyone nods mumbling yes's and yep's.
"Ok then," she continued "You guys know the rules, stacks are allowed and don't but a plus two on a plus four!"
After that Mina sat down the various decks of uno cards and gave everyone their hand.
And thus the game has begun
(Timeskip 4pm)
Over the course of the game many classmates had been given too many cards to count, to the point where it was almost impossible to win. This made the game extremely long with most of the class adding their 25 cards to the deck and heading to their dorm. The only students left in the game were Denki, Mina, Todoroki, Midoriya and Bakugou. They all sat in a circle cards in hand trying to outsmart the others.
Midoriya's POV:
Absolutely no one told me that this game could be so nerve wracking! My hands are shaking with the cards in my hands, as i try to strategize exactly what his classmates were thinking. Kacchan grunts as he puts down a yellow nine changing the color in my favor. My relief stay for two seconds as Todoroki, who sits in between us, puts down a blue nine, fucking me over completely.
"Why do you do this Todoroki-kun?" I complain picking up two cards and putting down a blue card.
"Sorry Midoriya, that's life." Todoroki says. You can almost hear the smugness in his voice.
Kacchan snickers at me as Denki puts down his card. That's when all hell breaks loose as Mina puts down a reverse card.
"Sorry Midoriya." Denki chuckles as he lays down a plus four.
Immediately I smirk and lay down the plus four I picked up two seconds ago."Revenge is best served cold huh Todo?"
Todoroki is unfazed, proceeding to put down a plus four and handing it off to Kacchan, who ended up with twelve more cards.
"GOD DAMNIT YOU FUCKING EXTRAS!" he yelled angrily.
I chuckled a little whilst he bitterly picked from the deck, expecting his to blow up at me. Instead, I notice on his face there is a slight blush on his cheeks. Curiously, I continue to look at him as he meets my eyes, then hides his face. That is the last this I was expecting from him, especially at me. I'll have to investigate further.
"HEY, pay attention ya damn deku!"
The loud voice shook me from my thoughts as I panicked and put down a red card. The game continued for a while longer, with Todoroki leaving the game to nap, until it came down to me and Kacchan, considering we had the least amount of cards.
"Don't think you have this game in the bag Deku." Kacchan warned.
I just nodded as I looked at my hand, a wild card and a wild plus four, I got so lucky! I kept up my poker face as Kacchan put down his card.
"GET FUCKED DEKU!" he announced, slamming a plus four on the table.
"I don't think so Kacchan. Uno" I said responding in kind.
He growled enraged with his eight newfound cards, drawng them as Mina asked a question.
"Hey what color?" she questioned.
"AH right," I said blushing in embarrassment "Green"
Mina then layed down a three, followed by Denki laying down a reverse card. Mina put down a three and Bakugou looked me in the eyes gritting his teeth.
"I won't let you win Deku." he proclaimed changing the color to red. His determination was astonishing but it was already too late. I smugly smiled from ear to ear my eyes still focused on him.
"Uno out Kacchan." I mused laying down the wild card I held.
Everyone's jaw dropped at the table when I did that, thus ending the game.
"HOW THE FU-" Bakugou was cut off by Mina, who was totally spent and just wanted to clean up.
"Congrats Midoriya, now lets clean up." she announced.

Bakugou POV:
I can't believe that nerd was holding on to that wild card damnit. I'm angrily stomping off to my room to sleep when I hear a voice behind me.
"Kacchan!"
Speak of the devil and he shall come. I turned around to face the cute nerd as he ran down the hall.
"Hey I just wanted to say that uno was really fun, you should come to more of the class games." he suggested.
I turn around a continue where I was headed. "Tch whatever nerd." I grumbled.
Of course I'd go next time.
