Wrench
I groaned loudly, our group had passed out amongst the lounges and Alisha was wrapped tightly in my arms, thankfully my mask in place somehow.
I cracked open my eyes to see Kailey sitting on the lounge staring down at us on the floor.
"Ah morning" I said, she was truly starting to creep me out a little
"Morning" She said happily continuing to stare
"Did you have a good night?" I asked awkwardly, hoping the conversation would awake Alisha to save me
Kailey scooted closer her legs now resting against my back
"Yeah it was great, I heard yours was amazing" she laughed
"Oh yeah?" I answered
She nodded "yeah apparently you guys forgot to lock the bathroom door last night just saying" my stomach flipped, fuck
"Who said that?" I said becoming agitated
She thought for a moment, looking up at the ceiling like she was trying to remember
"Oh that's right me" she laughed again, this chick was really starting to freak me out
"What?" I asked as Alisha started to stir in my arms
"Maybe be more careful next time" she added her face turning serious, and I really got a fucking strange vibe from her I was starting to really worry about having this chick in our inner circle and I planned to bring it up with the gang straight away
"Remind me to never drink again" Alisha groaned and I gave Kailey one last look before turning my attention to Alisha
"You say that everytime" I laughed down at her and Sitara sat up from her spot at our feet, she was curled up like a cat all night
"I need some donuts or food or like death" she said looking over at us
"I think death sounds great" Marcus answered from the other side of the lounge
Josh shot up from his own spot "please food" he said in classic monotone Josh manner and I had never seen a group of hungover hackers jump up so quickly
That's how we ended up down by the water cuddled around coffee cups and take away breakfast, Kailey had mentioned she needed to head to her house so some reason and would catch up later
"I love coffee more than anything right now" Alisha moaned and I turned towards her making a shocked sound
She laughed before gulping down more coffee "I'm sorry Wrench but come on, this coffee is life right now"
"Oh no I understand, just chuck me to the gutter like the trash I am" I said dramatically, lifting my mask I quickly took a sip before sighing myself
"It is pretty great though" I added
"Remind me again why we drink?" Sitara asked, he head resting on Marcus's shoulder
Josh who has been quite most of the morning piped in "to forget the stress and pain of our existence" we all looked at him
