"What am I supposed to tell Father? My mothers banging some young stud with a big dick?"

"Listen Minjae there's really only one option to this , you are going to have to tell him"

I was laying in my head facing the ceiling my new phone I got a couple days ago on my stomach .

"I just don't want to be the reason my parents start fighting and eventually split up"

"Hey! This is nothing that concerns you , it's not your fault that , I'm sorry for what I'm about to say but your mothers a lying and cheating slag bag ok?"

My lips curved into a slight smile until I could feel tears prick my eyes . I've been holding in the tears for a week now and I'm not going to start crying now .

"I just don't want them to -"

*knock knock*

Fae and I looked at each other weirdly , The door slowly creaked open and my Fathers head pops in he started speaking as he walked into my room.

"Hey Bub can I talk to you for a second?"

Fae looked at me and excused herself bowing at my dad then left closing the door, I sat up sighing silently.

"Yeah sure dad , what do you need?"

My father shoves his hands into his pockets and stood in the middle of the room and took a deep breath.

"So about the other week , I know you said that you don't want any part in what we do and I completely understand it's not the ideal lifestyle"

I sighed thinking about our conversation, the night of my 'Birthday Bash' . He told me about what they do and he asked if I wanted to take over the family business or at least take part in it .

I refused , even though I'm not ok with what they do, they are adults and can handle whatever they want to do and they are basically untouchable in this region of the country.

"Well for the next couple of weeks there are gonna be a couple of people around the house . We are actually going to hire a couple security guards for when these people are around. 

I don't want you anywhere around my office and I want you to stay on your side of  the house , there are going to be two guards stationed outside your room and if you leave the house or your room one has to always be with you.

I don't want you snooping around without someone by your side . Both guards are coming over tomorrow and I want you to pick which one gets to escort you around .

They people that are coming over are sketchy people and I know that bringing them around here isn't the safest idea but I want these to feel intimidated in my own home and nothing will happen to you I promise it "

My father continued on about how for the next month I'm supposed to have minimal contact with anyone , Fae is fine but no one from the outside that could possibly be a liability.

I nodded along with every word who spoke , sure I was uneasy and sure I was kind of freaked out but I know my father and he would do anything to keep me and my mother safe.  My mother .

He made his way towards the bed and grabbed my hands but I said something before he could

"That's fine dad , Thank You for giving me a heads up"

"And I just what you to know that I will always be honest with you but just this time I can't for the sake of your safety you can't know what's going on"

Honesty the best policy.

"Thats completely fine and I'm ok with that but I have something to tell you . I don't know if your going to believe me but I just really need to tell you that-"

*ring ring*

"Sorry Bub Dad has to take this.  They will be here around 12 and I want you up before then ok sweetie?"

He patted my thigh and then ruffled my head giving my a kiss on the forehead and exiting .
