Chapter 6

"So what did say you after he said that?" Mommy asked while we're having dinner that night. I told them what happened that day.

"Wala na po ako nasabi. I dont know what to say. Parang ang rude naman kung tatanungin ko sya kung paano nag-cheat sakanya yung ex nya." I said.

"Well sayang naman, curious din ako." Pabirong sagot ni mommy.

"For me, I think hindi ka na dapat nagpapaapekto sa bagay na yan Milly." Daddy said gently while eating.

Napayuko ako. "Oo nga po eh. Ayoko din mainvolve. Thats why Im trying my best to maintain my low profile."

"So itutuloy mo lang ang pag iwas kay Theo? I thought interesado ka sakanya?" Mommy teased.

"Mom!" I blushed. "I never said na interesado ako sakanya."

"Yes you didnt. But we noticed that every day sya nalang ang topic mo." Natatawang asar ni mommy.

I pout my lips. "Kasi wala naman akong ibang maikukwento sainyo. Daddy oh si mommy!"

Dad just smile and shook his head. "Hon, dont tease her baka hindi na yan magkwento satin."

Natawa si mommy. "Okay hindi na po."

That night I decided to take daddy's advice. Hindi na ako magpapaapekto sa issue ni Theo. Hindi ko na rin iisipin si Nicasha because its making me upset and unfocus.

I sighed as I closed my eyes that night I saw Theo's face. His boring eyes, his cute dimples, and firm red lips.

"Milly, to be honest ayokong iwasan ka."

Paulit ulit na naririnig ko ang boses nya sa ulo ko. Hindi ko alam kung bakit ako nakakaramdam ng kilig and I cant forget how he looked at me that moment.

I shook my head. Stop it Milly. Wag ka mag ambisyon. Kamukha ka ng ex nya na obviously hindi pa sya nakakamoved on. Kaya nya yun nasabi sayo. Dont make him use you!

I sighed. Pero sinabi nya napakalayo ko sa ex nya. In short mas maganda ang ex nya kesa sakin.

Naku bahala na. Stay out of it Milly, its making you crazy!

Before I sleep I decided to avoid Theo, iiwasan ko sya hangga't maaari.

But the next day I thought ang pag iwas ko kay Theo ang magiging problema ko. I was wrong.

After ng gym class namin I headed to the girl's locker room to changed clothes pero bago pa ako makarating sa locker room naramdaman kong may tumama sa likod ko na bola ng volley ball. It hit me so hard na napaupo pa ako sa floor. 

"Ouch." Napangiwi ako sa sakit. Nasa bandang likod ako ng bleachers naglalakad, paano ako matatamaan ng bola dito?

"Masakit ba?"

Tumayo ako and looked at Vanesa and her two friends, Sharise and Elaine. They hit me with the volleyball on purpose.

"W-What's your problem?" Napapaatras na tanong ko.

"Wala naman sana tayong magiging problema. Kung makikinig ka lang sa sasabihin ko." Mataray na sagot ni Vanesa.

"After mo akong batuhin ng bola, you want me to listen to you?" Inis na sagot ko. "Makikinig lang ako sayo kung magsosorry ka."

Vanesa grabbed my arm and pulled me closer. I can feel her nails in my skin and it really hurts.

"Watch you mouth bitch! Dont make yourself regret this moment." She said.

"L-Let me go." Sinubukan kong pumiglas sakanya but she's surprisingly strong.

"We saw you talking to Theo yesterday. Anong pinag uusapan nyo? Are you flirting with him?" Galit na tanong nya.
