It's getting harder and harder not to think about him. I've got important things to focus on, like cheer and my grades. But Ethan is so easy to talk to. He's low-key, but also serious. The worst part is, he actually talks to me! Like it would be easier if I could could say "Emma, it's never going to happen, you don't have a chance." But part of me feels like that isn't true, he's nice and even sometimes flirty. Him and I were supposed to meet in an hour, but I don't have any plans right now, so maybe with the extra time was can take more pictures.
Emma: Hey! Since I don't have anything going on right now, wanna go ahead at meet at Starbucks? I can give you a ride if you need it.
Ethan: I'm out driving right now, so I'll come get you. See you in ten!
Emma: Okay, can't wait!
Ugh, does that sound to eager? While I want to see him, I don't. I could say the wrong thing and make things awkward. I'll let him do the talking. He picks me up, and he played some music. He likes 60's music, so we were having a beetles marathon. "We're all living in a yellow submarine, yellow submarine, yellow submarine." It was really nice to sing along and just have fun. We had a full blown photo shoot and we were being really goofy. Even if Ethan doesn't feel the same way about me, I'm glad him and I are friends.
