(One week later) I woke up and got ready. I was planning on seeing the kids today when I came up with the idea for toko to come with and meet them. I got ready. Toko woke up to the noise is made as I got ready. I walked out of the bathroom and he went in. I grabbed my phone and about $20 for ice cream for the 6 of us. Once Toko was done. I dragged him out of the room and I said, "c'mon toko, I have 4 certin someone's I want you to meet. He nodded knowing he was gonna go either way so he surrendered and walked with you. I told him to wait at the door while I grabbed something from the kitchen. I grabbed an apple and headed for the door. I saw him there and I tossed to apple at him. He caught it and smiled. "How did you know?" He asked. I pointed to my head and he got the memo. He had been craving an apple all morning. I grabbed his and and our fingers intertwined. We walked to the park and I saw the kids waiting for us. "Guys, I'm here and there's someone I want you to meet!" They hear me and come running. We hug and John asked, "who do you want us to meet!" I call toko over and I say, "kids, this is my boyfriend tokoyami." "Cool, he has a bird head, that's awesome!" Michel say. John turns into a bird and say, "now we're twins!" He smiles and I laugh. John turns back and I say, "introduce your selves, and be polite." They nod and Mei says, "I'm Mei! Nice to meet you Mr. Tokoyami." I laugh and say, "feel any older? That what they did to me when I met them and I felt a least 20 years older." He smiled and Michel said, "I'm Michel nice to meet you!" "Ah, so your the little artist Izu bragged about?" He said. Michel smiled. John was next and then Qwen. While they were introducing themselves Michel asked me "big sis, why did you never tell us you had a boyfriend?" "Well we only just started dating after our last meeting so how could I tell you?" "Uh, the phone you gave us, duh." He says. I giggle and say, "your right but I thought it would be a lot more fun if I brought him along." I say. He nods and leaves and toko sits in his place. "You like the kids?" I ask. He nods and say, "very... energetic." I giggle and say, "they're just happy that's all." The kids come up to us and Mei asks, "hey tokoyami? What's your quirk?" He looks at me and I say, "go for it, it's light out." He nods and dark shadow comes out. "My quirk is called dark shadow. And this is dark shadow." He says. "Hi!" Dark shadow says. "Wow it can talk! Cool!" Qwen says. I smile and dark shadow and the kids play. I tell toko how their quirks had just manifested last week so I was gonna help them control it so they can follow your dreams. He nodded and called dark shadow back. I called the kids over and said, "now that you have your quirks, I'm gonna help you master them! I better not hear any complaining or the evil tickle monster will come and get you!" I say as I tickle all of them. They laugh and I start with Mei. I put a paper target on a tree and I say "shoot the target. Try your best." She nodded and pointed at the tree. She tensed up and fired she missed. "Don't tense up. Relax let it come to you naturally. If you practice and stay calm, it'll become second nature to you," I say as I through a coin in the air and fire a Lazer at it. It pierced the coin and I caught it. I showed it to her and she nodded. She did the same thing as before but she losses out a bit. She fired and hit the bullseye. "I did it sister Izu! I did it!" She said happily. "See, I told you, keep practicing and soon you'll start on moving objects." I say and she nods. I walk over to Michel and see him struggle to make a statute out of mud. "Don't think too hard. Clear your mind and have a clear image of what you want to create. Try to acknowledge all of the little details that it has and bring it to life and create it." I say. He nods and tries again. He touches the mud and it swirls into what looks like me and toko next to each other. I take a picture and send it to toko. I bring over some bark and ask him to recreate it but with a different material he nods and recreates it perfectly. I smile and he hands it to me. I put it in my pocket and tell him to keep practicing and to move to rocks once he's comfortable with dirt and wood. He nods. I walk over to John who is basically a pro with transforming into everyday animals. "Ok, now try a pig or chicken," he does it and I say, "wow good now try something bigger like a cow." He nods and transforms. About three seconds later he goes back. "Keep trying, you'll get it soon." He nods and tryst again. I walk over to Qwen and she is hovering about 3 feet off the ground. "Good, now try opening your eyes. She opens them and falls. I make a pile of fluff so she's fine but I say. "Keep trying to open your eyes. And once you master that, try moving around like your walking." She nods and I sit down with toko. "Your reply good at helping them with their quirks." He said. I shake my head and say, "they're the ones doing the work, it's their determination and focus that's helping them, I'm just guiding them through my own experiences. Their buds and without proper nurturing they'll never bloom. That's where I come in." I say. He grabs my hand and I rest my head on his shoulder. I kiss his cheek and he wraps his arm around me. (Time skip) It was the end of the day and toko and I were taking the kids back. We got there and we walked them in. They run in and I hear Qwen say, "tokoyami, if you hurt sister Izu, we will not hesitate to come after you." She balled up her little fist and I giggled at the cutter sight. "I don't plan on breaking her heart any time soon or ever so please spare me." He says. "Goofballs" I say as I hug the kids bye. They said good bye to me and toko and we left. We walked back to the dorm and he said, "so this is how you spend a day of your weekend?" "Yup, basically, for the past 2, 3 years I've hung with these little munchkins." I say. "Goosh, why does that make me love you even more?" He says. I kiss his beak and say, "I don't know but I'll keep it up then." He blushes and we go home. When we back to our dorm, I place the sculpture of me and toko on my desk with the other two and say, "I swear, if he's not an artist or a builder when he gets older, I'm gonna flip!" "He's talented that's for sure," toko said. He lies down and I cuddle next to him. We cuddle for about 30 minutes to an hour before we fall asleep. (Next day) Some how, I don't know how, toko came down with a really bad fever and a cold. I didn't catch it thankfully but I caught it early. I felt his feathers and he was burning up. I got a cold, damp wash cloth and put it on his forehead. I texted the group saying, 'toko came down with a fever can someone get recovery girl jic (just in case.)' Kiri said he'll get recovery girl. After about 5-10 minutes recovery girl come in and I explain toko's condition. "Sounds like a nasty virius he's got, let me see him." She said. I nod and let her in it took the cloth off of his forehead and went to the bathroom to get it damper. I walk back in and put it back on his forehead and ask how his condition is. "He's got a nasty bug, but he'll live. Keep that towel wet and keep him hydrated and he'll be back on his feet by Tuesday." She says. I sigh in relief and thank her. She smiles and walks out. I get toko a glass of water and sit him up. I have him drink it. I lie him back down and get the towel wetter. I realized I could use a water quirk I had to wet it. I did that and put it back on his forehead. He opens his eyes and says, "thanks for taking care of me Izu, I appreciate it a lot." I shush him and tell him to sleep and talking will waste energy he should be using to fight off the bug. He nods and falls asleep. I kiss his beak and wet the towel. This kept up til late Monday afternoon when his temp was normal. I took of the towel and asked, "feeling better?" He nodded and said, "a little hungry though" I rummage through the mini fridge we had and found a fresh crisp apple. I cut it up and put it in a bowl. I handed him the bowl and snagged an apple slice. He glared at me and I said, "what, I'm hungry too, and theres more." He laughs. "If you weren't so cute and lovable, I would strangle you." I say in a teasing tone. He blushes and I kiss his beak. He kisses back and I steal another apple. "Hey!" He said, "I hate you." I smile and kiss his beak and say, "love you too toko!" I eat the apple. He smiles and I giggle. I lean my head on his shoulder and he leans his head on mine and wraps his arm around me. Little did I know, dark shadow was behind me and he grabbed my arms and legs and pinned me to the bed. I was stuck. "You're evil!" I say with a smirk. He says, "time for me to get some payback for the thievery you committed." He started to tickle me. I tried to keep him for getting what he wanted so I held in my laughs. I kept it in til my face turned purple. He stopped and I took in breaths. Dark shadow let me go and I turned the tables on toko. I use object manipulation to make to blankets wrap around toko's arms, legs, and waist. I then sit on top of him and smile triumphantly. He blushed in the position we were in and I say, "time for a taste of your own medicine." I then proceed to tickle him. He laughs and it was the cutest thing ever. I continue to tickle him and I start laughing. I then hear toko try to say something so I stop even though he was too cute laughing. "O-ok mercy please! I give!" I smile and lay on top of him. I tell the blanket to let him go and it does. I then put it on me and toko and I fall asleep. I feel toko move us to our side and he hugs me and I hug back. I smile and fall asleep.
