I remember when I first fell in love with Jonah, It was like rainbows and sunshine, that was until he walked away holding hands with my bestfriend.

It still feels like it all just happened yesterday, me falling for the infamous Jonah Beck exactly on Valentine's day last year. I remember when I first met him too,  He was my first real guy friend, and the first guy I'd ever fallen for. 

However, since that fateful day, I was never the same again. 

I can't keep doing this anymore.  I am really happy for Andi.  I love her so much but, I can't keep my feelings bottled up like this anymore.

I have to talk to Buffy... she's the only one I can go to right now, and she's the only one who will understand. 

Buffy, we need to talk, can you meet me at The Spoon please?

Immediately my arms and legs started to shake once I stepped foot inside The Spoon. I sat down at a booth, and took out my phone.   As I was scrolling through stories on instagram, I noticed Jonah had posted a picture of him and Andi. I smiled, at the brisk of tears then replied telling Jonah I thought they were such a "cute couple."

A few minutes later Buffy arrived....

I swolled in fear as Buffy walked towards me.

Here goes nothing.

"Hey Cyrus! Cyrus... Are you OK? Did you already order the baby taters"?

"I don't want any baby taters."

"You're scaring me."

"I'm scaring me too."

"What is it"?

"Last night when we were watching Andi and Jonah, you asked me am I happy for Andi, and I said, "Yes, I'm happy for Andi." But I'm also not happy".

How come? ... Are you jealous? ...
(I nodded my head)

I remember my heart dropped as complete awkward silence filled the room... I shook my head no... and that was when Buffy realized...

"You like Jonah". (She whispered in a faint voice)
