She was a cheerful, intelligent and a fearless girl, who helped her friends at the time...
The pain is something that didn't leave her alone. Next day was a holiday. It is the Saturday.
In the morning when Elena saw her daughter with a bruise on her cheek. She started asking questions. Which in turn left Eve lying to her again.
She felt bad, saying the same lies all the times. This isn't something that she wanted to do. But now, everything that she is doing are all just condemned ones.
She wishes that it will change soon and she can go to her usual self. But she didn't know that it is just the beginning of the truth.
Eve didn't wanted to had the breakfast. She wanted to go and see Nora and how her best friend is doing. After making pancakes, omelette and a fruit salad she head to hospital.
Before going there, she had already called her and checked on her. Nora was getting a bit better, as she was talking a little now.
Doctor had told that, after the mental torture she went for the shock and had to be admitted in the hospital for a while.
It may not be easy to heal quickly, but if she get the right treatment, she can get better with in a week.
The police is still searching for the people who are responsible for this. Eve felt bad at lying, she should had told them but still it was not a good thing to do.
She thought about ways to make him pay for what he did. But she also wanted to hold her own dignity as well her best friend's pride.
As she reached the hospital, she saw Faith and Finn getting out of the building. They didn't saw her but she saw them.
They went away with their mother, in the car, before Eve could confront them. What were they doing here after hurting her.
Without wasting a second she went in to the hospital in rush. Her breathing hitched seeing no one in Nora's room.
But soon Nora came out from the toilet. Eve couldn't wait, so she hugged her so tight.
"Eve... I c-can't breath" Nora spoke with a low tone feeling difficult to breath.
"Oh I am sorry." Eve was tearing already, but soon smiled leaving the teary eyes.
They broke the hug and sat on her bed. Eve took the bag and put the tiffin box in the table infront of Nora.
"It smell so good." Nora looks much better now, as if nothing had happened to her.
Eve smiled seeing her best friend smiling brightly. "How are you feeling?"
"Much better seeing you here. I can feel that meme you know" she giggled.
