Chapter 52- Approval

The horrible scene that the lords have witnessed was enough to be afraid of Alec. They all looked at him terrified, except Lucas and Liam, as they know clearly who he is.

Alec glanced at them, with the same smirk and glowing red eyes. Henry gave a cloth piece to Alec. He wiped out the blood from his face. Walking toward the throne, he sat on it.

"So, what we were discussing before?" He asked leaning to the throne back.

"We were discussing about the Dark Witch and Gore Lake. But what was that we had seen just now?" Seth asked with a curious face.

"That is the result of being a traitor. Alec. Won't you explain it?" Lucas responded to Seth.

Alec smiled viciously. "I wish you don't rebel behind me. Nicholas had tried to go against me. Just now I had seen what it was. Not only him but also someone else is trying.

I selected him as the lord because he was a faithful dog to me. But today I have come to know that even the dog, which you owns, bites you." Alec was fuming hot. Others can feel his anger right now.

Cooling himself, he continued again with his words. "Kyra. You are a wonderful woman. Even your name means the lord. What do you think of becoming the Lady of the Night Coven?"

It took a minute for her to realise what he had asked. She got a great shock and never had ever wondered about such a position. "Your highness. Will it be appropriate for me to be there?"

"Off course. Why are you questioning to my order? As I had told you, you are a wonderful lady who carries the lordship as your name. Just now you had witnessed what it is to be a traitor.

Since then, I hope you had understood what I am offering. I will give you the official title on the New moon festival night. Just be the lady there for now." Alec finished his sentence and looked at the shocked lords. Kyra gave an answer as a yes to his offer.

"Is there anything else you wanted to discuss?" He asked.

The faces of the lords were in question marks. Even Lucas wasn't getting on it. After few minutes, Liam started talking. "Your highness. We had postponed the New moon festival. How about it?"

Alec put his hand under his chin and thought for a moment. "Hmm. Lets make it for the next month new moon. After few days the full moon starts. Also one more thing.

I had asked help from Gracia to seal the lake. If only she finishes her task, then I can continue with the festival." Alec shared his views.

"Gracia? Why? You trust her?" The only lord, who was silent till now, spoke. Hearing the question from Simon made Alec to grit his teeth.

"Sure. I had given her s wonderful welcome surprise, which will be enough for her to approve our request." Alec answered to him without looking at him.

"And what is it?" Seth asked.

"I sealed a contract of protection with my blood and apologised them on behalf of my ancestors." His answer made others to throw a quick glance at him.

"You mean we are protecting them? You really do trust them?" Simon asked annoyed.

"Why? Can't I sacrifice for my people. She is not someone whom you can blame to. If you don't like my idea, then can you seal the place or bring her sisters alive?" Alec asked raising his fearful voice.

Simon silent to it, but anyone can see the angry face of him. "I guess you don't know that her sister, Samantha is back to Winter Forest." The statement which Seth gave was surprising news to all of them.
