Real Life

Lola Danger hadn't talked to any of her friends in days. They were all worried about her. She looked dead during the day, like she hadn't slept either.

And she hadn't.

Every night, when everyone in her house was sound asleep, Lola left her house. She would walk all the way into a secluded part of the forest and would test her theories that had been driving her mad.

Five Days Ago

It was almost eleven when Stiles had arrived at his girlfriends house to drop her off. Lola climbed out of his Jeep and walked all the way around to the drivers seat.

Stiles got out as well and leaned against the door "Your dad is gonna kill me for getting you home so late."

Lola wrapped her arms around his waist "No he's not. He's not even here; He left us with Jessica for the week. You're fine."

"Okay." Stiles sighed, running a hand through his dark hair before wrapping them back around his girlfriend.

"I had fun tonight. We should go ice skating more often." Lola giggles.

"Why? So you can see me fall on my ass twelve thousand times?" Stiles joked sarcastically as he rolled his eyes.

Lola bit her lip, resting her hand on the back of his neck "Maybe. You gotta admit, it was pretty funny."

"Ha ha. I'm dying of laughter."

"Shut up." Lola laughed before smashing her lips on his.

They're lips moved together in sync, igniting sparks all throughout their bodies. This wasn't the first time they kissed, but it felt like it. Neither of them were tired of kissing each other yet.

Lola pulled away, but Stiles chased after her lips to steal one more kiss until he finally pulled away from her.

"I'm never going to get tired of that." Stiles admitted, resting his forehand in hers.

Lola giggles like a schoolgirl, pecking his lips once more before quickly walking to her door. Her boyfriend stayed right where he was until Lola finally entered the house and closed the door behind her.

"Where have you been?"

Lola's bubble of happiness was popped by the voice off her step mother, Jessica. She sighed heavily as she walked into the kitchen where she sat with a glass of wine.

"I was with Stiles. Where's the rest of the clan?" She asked, listening for her siblings. When she didn't hear them, she assumed they weren't here.

"You know, I don't like all the time your spending with that Stillinski boy."

"Stiles is really nice, Step-Mother."

"You don't have to call me Step-Mother, Lola."

"Well, I'm not calling you mum." She sassed.

She didn't mean to snap, but ever since she found out that her mother's best friend betrayed her and split apart their family, she hadn't exactly been warm towards her. She blamed here for a lot, but she probably wouldn't have never had an amazing boyfriend and friends if Jessica hadn't slept with her father. Still, it did t stop her from being angry at her.
