Morgan's POV
Oh great! He just had to see me like this!
I stretched the end of my sleeve and made a failed attempt to dry my tears as I scraped my face but that just made it worse as my thick eyeliner smudged even more, making me look like Sadako or something. I peeked out from under my sleeve and took a glimpse at him.
His clothes hung loosely on his body and his hair was disheveled in the sexiest way possible.
Sebastian started to walk towards me and with every step, my chest started to feel heavier. It was like as if these feelings for him were to many to contain and started to weigh down. The worst part about this crush is that it was blind. Love at first sight? I mean I barely even know him! Is it his pretty face? His humour? The way he talks? The way he walks? Oh dear, I can't even.
And then he started laughing. Which left me staring at him in utmost disbelief.
"May I enlighted you with a hoax, Milady?", he slurred in his crappily attempted British dialect. "Why of course. But I must point out Sir, your use of hoax in that sentence was quite improper.", I mimicked. "Well Milady, if you must know, I don't give a flying fuck.", he retorted sarcastically.
It felt so good to have a normal conversation after ages. He began to enact some people he used to see regularly at the bar he used to visit often. I felt light. By the end of his charades we found ourselves on the empty lanes of what was once a town.
This was probably the most fun I've had in years. The most fun I've had since he decided to stick around. I didn't realise how hard we were laughing until I felt a sharp pain in my side. We both gasped for air between our vigorous ab exercises.
He casually draped his arm around me.
I found myself reacting to almost everything he did. Like the way he spoke to me in that rich, raspy accent. It didn't make any sense. Did I interpret my respectful admiration for him into love? If that was the case, I'd have to eliminate him from my life. Not only for his sake, but for mine.
