It's been a week since Hoseok has decided to break up with Yoongi. A week since this bet was finally over and done with—even thought Hoseok has yet to get his money— a week since Hoseok doesn't have to worry about being all cute and nice with Yoongi, he had planned on ignoring the smaller boy until his plan comes into action.

Notice the word had. Instead of ignoring him, Hoseok spent even more time with Yoongi, kissing him and his cheeks every five seconds and pulling him closer than ever before. He shouldn't be doing this, he shouldn't be getting so attached right before he says his goodbyes but he does so anyways. He's only making it harder for the two of them without even realizing it. Maybe this wasn't such a good idea.

Hoseok sighed and shook his head as he entered the group chat.

Jin: bitch
Jin: it's been a week since you said you were going to break up with pastel boy. So when are you actually going to do it?

Hosdick: fuck off, it's harder than you think

Sigh: I know you were only in this for the money but I'm serious when I say—all kidding aside— that you've really fallen for him and he's fallen for you, if you do this and realize what you've done, you may not be able to go back. I don't even care about this stupid bet and you shouldn't either, I know you get upset when we say this but seriously, rethink this, because we all know how you really feel even if you deny it.

Hosdick: first of all, I did not fall for Yoongi. I know what I'm doing and I don't need your fucking words of advice
Hosdick: second, it's none of your fucking business what the money is for just know it doesn't concern ANY of you
Hosdick: I'm doing this, I don't care about how I look at him or how you guys think I look at him and treat him. I'm doing this and there is no going back because there won't be a need to go back.

Hoseok didn't wait for a response and instead grabbed his bag and left his home, slamming the door just before his mother came downstairs to ask him about breakfast, as if she fucking cared.

He was upset the whole ride to school, he had no reason to be, he knew Namjoon had a soft spot for Yoongi. Who wouldn't? But he was just so tired of hearing the same thing over and over again. He was tired of them saying he's fallen in love with the smaller boy when he didn't, maybe he just has a soft spot for him the same way Namjoon does.

Whatever. It doesn't matter. He's doing this and if he breaks the kids heart then so fucking what? Why should he care? He was in this for the money and now he's getting out of it for the money. What's done is done and there's no going back.
