DILEMMA

A week flew by so quickly and the pressure for Sasuke decision was weighing heavy on Sasuke's mind, he had promise to take the offer for his mother sake, but he didn't want to be trap in a loveless marriage, not when he just got an interest in someone else. Sasuke lay on his bed starring at the celling in his pitch-black room. He was lost in his own mind. *what am I supposed to do now, what will my decision be? I can't break the promise I made to mother, but at the same time I can't get her out my mind either* Sasuke thought before cursing under his breath. Unable to sleep he got out of bed, wearing just a loose sweat pants he walked over to his balcony and sat down on the edge of railing with his chin sitted lightly on his knee. Sasuke was so deep in thought that he didn't even hear when Itachi came in and stood near him.

"something on your mind little brother?" Itachi asked Sasuke. Sasuke quickly snapped to his feet teeth baring eyes crimson red ready to attack. "Sasuke relax it only me" Itachi told him holding him back-up slightly. Coming to his senses Sasuke quickly converted back to normal. "ITACHI, WHAT THE HELL! I COULD HAVE KILLED YOU!" Sasuke snapped at him. Taking a deep breath to calm his self, Sasuke lean against the balcony wall. "what do you want Itachi? Did father send you to get me?" Sasuke asked Itachi eyeing him suspiciously. "not at all I was actually coming to speak to you" Itachi replied. "What made you think I would be up Itachi? Sasuke asked him. "because I figured you would be stressing over your decision tomorrow" Itachi replied. "Sighhhh!! I don't know what to do Itachi, I don't want to hurt mother, but at the same time I don't want to marry someone I don't know or love." Sasuke told Itachi getting off the wall turning to watch the moon now.

"Is that the only reason?" Itachi asked Sasuke. Sasuke turn to face Itachi figuring out where he was going with his question. "I do not know what you are talking about Itachi that is the only reasons." Sasuke replied. "hmmm interesting, so you over your fascination with the girl you saw then?" Itachi asked with a smirk. Sasuke gave Itachi a death stare. Itachi started to put his hand up in surrender. "It was just a question Sasuke no need to try to kill me" Itachi told him playfully. Itachi then put his hand on Sasuke shoulder and said: "look Sasuke, mom would want to see you happy, just remember I am sure the young lady is going through the same dilemma as you, so how about you and Naruto come up with an agreement and see what happen. If you two come up with something I am sure both father and the princess father must listen" Itachi told him 

Just then Sasuke eyes light up "Itachi you're a genus, off course why didn't I thought of that, I will have a sign a contact stating that if we don't fall in love after one year, we won't get married." Sasuke stated with a smirk. "um that- is not exactly what I meant Sasuke and you know that, you can't just escape your responsibilities Sasuke, father will kill you for sure" Itachi reminded him. Sasuke then cursed in frustration. "So, what then Itachi? What am I supposed to do, I refuse to marry someone I DON'T LOVE! Sasuke yelled. "Calm down Sasuke atleast meet the princess first and you both can decide what to do, however Sasuke do not do anything to start up a war between the two kingdom or hurt mother" Itachi told him "okay Itachi" Sasuke replied but his eyes was stating something else. Itachi then grab his shoulder "Sasuke this is serious! You do not want to do anything to hurt the King's daughter nor do you want to piss off father further. Mother is already hurting over our brother's death please don't make it harder for her" Itachi told him Sasuke brush off Itachi hand "I said alright!" Sasuke replied." "Okay well you should try to get some rest father wants to meet with you at dawn, see later little brother." Itachi told Sasuke as he made his way out of the balcony into Sasuke room and out into the hallway. Sasuke watch Itachi leave, waited for the door to close and then he walks back to bed, taking a deep breath he dropped himself on to the bed, close his eyes and finally drifted to sleep.
