I brought my legs up to my torso and hug them.

" how long was i out? " i asked.

" a day " he said.

" where's Hunter? " i asked.

" he's in the extra dorm room " he said and walk towards me.

" don't " i said and he stops in his tracks.

" I'm sorry " he said.

" i had enough, I'm not going to do this again " i said.

" you drop this " he said and took out my sword pen.

I teleport it to my hand.

" thanks " i said and look away.

Since the bed is against the wall and there's a window. I look out the window.

" Ava set a ship for us, it will be a 2 day trip back to Phoenix Drop, the blood will finish in a few hours, we're leaving this afternoon " he said, i nodded and hear his footsteps fading.

I look back and see him exiting the door. I see a familiar woman about to enter but dad stop her.

" it's better not to " he said.

" how is she? " she asked.

" she's fine Jocelyn, she's just not in the mood, don't make it worst " he said, she sighs.

" I'll just tell Hunter she's awake " she said.

They both left together.

A few minutes later, a wolf crash the wall in front of me, making a loud thud. He turn back into human and groan in pain.

" I'm alright! " he shouts.

He stood up and walk to me rubbing his head.

" your happy to see me " i said.

" you literally was out for a day " he said.

" whatever " i said.

" so did they say anything? " he sat on the chair beside me.

" nothing in particular and confirm that Jocelyn is completely in love with dad " i said.

" eh, who cares, I'm not talking about that again " he said.

" we're leaving in the afternoon " i said.

" i know " he said.

" we still need the relic back " i said.

" i completely forgot about that thing, i really don't get why it's so important " he said, i shrug and look down at his hand.

" hey, you do wear it " i said, pointing at the bracelet.

" no i don't! " i flustered and push the bracelet up and pull his sleeves down.

" yeah sure " i said.

" shut up " he grumble, i chuckled.

There was a minute of silent.

" i wonder what Loretta is doing right now " he said.

" probably trashing the workshop with the Gliss and Zoe " i said.

" trust me, Zoe is addicted to that thing " he said.

" i never knew why " i said.
