(Y/N) POV

He laid back down with me still in his arms so I was now on top of him.
  "You make me so happy (y/n)... it's hard to contain it."
"Aw Damien.. you are too cute.."
  "You mean that? Like.. you're not doing this just to date someone?"
"Damien of course.. look at you. You're everything I could ever even want. You're amazingly adorable and sweet, you're also funny and this is the best a guy has ever treated me before."
  "Thanks (y/n).." he smiled at me and pecked my lips and butterflies swarmed my stomach.
  "But.. all guys should treat you like this.. what do you mean?"
"Oh well.." I got off of him and sat crossed legged
"If we're dating now you should know.."

"Damien I was abused a lot my whole life. My dad, my ex's.. that's why when you were so nice I clung to you so tightly. I wanted it to be true. And it was."
  "(Y/n)...." he sat up
"No Damien it's okay. The past is the past.. right now, though.."
I moved closely to him
"I'm with you." I smiled up at him and he smiled back down. He pulled me against him and I held onto him. I sunk into him and let myself go.

SHAYNE POV

They've been gone for about an hour now and I've been bored out of my mind. I've never realized how boring life was without my sister. After all, we've been living together ever since we moved out. I had no filming to do, no emails to read; I honestly had nothing to do.

"This fucking sucks.." I sighed to myself
As I kept thinking about (y/n), I wondered on to what she told me. About how dad abused her. How did I not know?
"Holy shit.. I feel like a failure of a brother.."
Dad always treated her so well when I was there. They would laugh and joke.. everything seemed fine..
Dad never treated me like that. I still can't believe I didn't know..

~ flash back ~
(Shayne: 8 (y/n): 6 )
"Hey (y/n) do you wanna go play?"
  "Oh no thank you.. I'm pretty tired.." she rubbed her arm
"Is your arm okay?" I grabbed her hand and looked at the forming bruise on her forearm
  "Yes!" She pulled away quickly and winced a little
  "I just fell..."
"Oh okay.. I hope you feel better. I'm going outside."
  "No-!"
I turned around and have her a weird look
  "Uh-I mean.. go ahead! Have fun!"
"Okay.. bye (y/n).."
  "See you later Shayne.. I'll be in our room okay?"

~ flash back over ~

Of course! That's why when I came back the door was locked.. she didn't want me to leave because she knew that when I left, dad was mean to her.. that's why she always was with me when my friends were over or just wanted to always hang out with me in general.. I just thought she was being an annoying little sister.. holy shit...

I paced back and fourth through the kitchen. I covered my face and felt tears streaming down my face. I felt terrible but there's nothing I can do about it.. and her ex.. Jake.. I knew he had a temper but I never knew he was the one to take advantage of a girl.. especially if my sister, the sweetest girl in the world. She deserves everything good in the world..

I wiped my face and sighed. I didn't want to make her talk about it but I want to know who all treated her like that so I can go out and- no Shayne.. you can't do anything. I promise to protect her from now on, until I die.

DAMIEN POV

We've been just sitting here holding each other and I wish I could stay like this forever. But I just can't get out of my mind that (y/n) was abused.. by her own father and her ex.. Jesus I would never dream of hurting her at all. I can't imagine how someone would WANT to do that so a girl as precious as her.

"Hey there beautiful.. I think we should get going before it gets too late and cold okay?"
She looked up with those beautiful (e/c) eyes she has.
  "Aw okay.."
We stood up and packed everything and headed back to her house
  "You should.. uhm.."
I looked at her confused while stopped at a ref light. I noticed she was blushing a bit.
  "You should spend the night."
"Hmm"
  "Please?"
The light turned green
"Sure okay."
  "Really?" She sat up in her seat
I laughed
"Of course lovely."
She blushed and looked away

(Y/N) POV

When we walked through the door Shayne cane up to me and hugged me tightly, but not too tightly.
"Oh uh- hey Shayne" I laughed and hugged back
"Did you miss me?"
  "Incredibly.. more then you know.. are you okay?"
"Yeah I'm great.. why what happened?"
I dropped all of my stuff and pulled away from the hug, put my hands on the side of his face and  looked at him
"Did something happen?"
  "No it's just- "
"Shayne were you crying?" I wiped my thumbs across his face as I noticed his red puffy eyes and cold streaks running down his face
  "I-....Yeah..."
"Why?" I asked quietly
"Do we need to talk?" I looked at Damien and back at Shayne
  "No (y/n) everything's fine.. I promise.. I'm just glad you're okay."
I hugged him for a bit and let go and smiled at him. He smiled back.

"By the way Damien is staying the night."
  "Okay.. just don't be too loud okay?" There was laughter in his voice
"Shayne! We're not going to do that!"
  "I know I know.. I'm joking."
"By the way he's my boyfriend now so look what you did."
  "Really? He asked?"
"I'll tell you about it tomorrow, Shayne. I'm super tired.."
"Okay.. goodnight and sleep well."
  "You too Shayne." I smiled and him and went to my room and changed

Soon there was a knock at my door and I opened it to find Damien
  "You forgot your boyfriend." He laughed
I laughed and let him in my room
"Yeah.. sorry it's a bit of a mess. Did you and Shayne talk?"
  "Yeah he was just making sure you were okay."
"He's so protective but I love him anyways.
I plopped down on the bed and snuggled under the covers
  "You are so adorable." He smiled at me and stood next to my bed
"Are you going to lay down? Also how did you change?"
  "Shayne let me borrow some pj's. And I was waiting for you to say I could. I don't want to make you uncomfortable."
He laid down next to me
"Hey Damien?"
  "Yes?" He looked at me
"Cuddles?"
