Chapter 2

2 weeks later

I decided to join the X men. "What's your code name going to be?" Jean asked me. I was thinking either Eve or Alpha. "Why?" she asked. "Eve was the mother of all monsters and the Alpha monster is the father of that species." I thought. Then I decided. "Eve." I said out loud.

My Purgatory friend, Amy, was waiting for me when I walked into my room. I jumped. "Amy!" I said. "Hey Iz. I wanted to check in on you. So what's up with you and elf boy?" she asked. "What?" I said unconvincingly. "You so like him." Amy said. I turned bright scarlet because Kurt came in at that exact second. "Kurt this is my Kitsune friend, Amy. Amy this is Kurt." I said. She stood up and walked over to Kurt. "You break her heart I'll eat your pituitary gland." She growled. "Amy!" I said. "What? You're practically my sister." She said. "Mom! When are we going?" a little boy climbed in the window. "Soon Jacob." She said. "Is this the little boy you kept telling me about?" I asked. "Yes." She said. "You're the human that got mom out of purgatory? I thought you'd be taller." He said. Kurt and I chuckled and I grew about five inches. Jacob laughed after that. "Izzy are you alright? I thought I....Hello. Who are they?" Rogue said. "Rogue this is my Kitsune friend, Amy, and her son, Jacob. Amy, This is Marie but she goes by Rogue." I said. Kitty phased through a wall. "Belle can I borrow your red Tank top? Hello." "Yes it's in the top drawer. Kitty this is Amy and Jacob. This is Kitty aka Shadowcat." I said. "Hey Eve can I ask you for....Bye." He ran out of the room. "Isabelle Winchester why is Bobby coming to ask you something and not his girlfriend?" Kitty said. "Uh. Um. Gotta go." I phased through the floor and teleported. "Isabelle Winchester you come back here this instant!" Kitty yelled. "Meep." I said. "Sorry. Sorry." Bobby said. "Oh by the way. I think now is the worse possible time to propose to Kitty." I said. "Yeah I'll wait a few days." He said. When Kitty eventually found me I was hiding in Logan's bathroom. I know bad idea.

I sat next to Kurt on the roof one night. "They're beautiful." Kurt said. "Yeah. I never really took the time to look at them until I went to collage. Then hunting became a hobby. Dad was pissed not as pissed as he was at Sammy when he quit the life." I said. "Vhat did you major in?" Kurt asked. "Psychology with a minor in anthropology and languages. It comes in handy while hunting." I said.

Kurt pov (read in a German accent)

I want to help her. When she fell asleep I called her brother, Sam. "My name is Kurt Wagner. I was wondering if you could come to the school. She misses you and Dean. After they had that fight she cried for a while. Please." I said. "Sure. We'll try. Do you love my sister?" He said. "Ja." I said. "Break her heart and Dean and I'll break your spine." Sam said. "I wouldn't and I've already been warned not to hurt her." I said. "See you and Izzy soon." Sam said and hung up.

A month later Isabelle pov

Kurt appeared in my room. "Someone wants to talk with you." He said. I teleported down stairs. "Oh my god." I said. "Hey Izzy." Sam said. "Dean Sammy, you're here but how?" I asked. "Your friend over here called me and asked us to visit." Sam said. "This is amazing." I said. "You bet it is lil Shrink." Gabriel said. "Get outta of here Gabe." I said. "I'm genuinely hurt by that." He said. "Well you are a..." Dean started. "Don't finish that sentence." Gabe and I said. "That's creepy." Kurt said. Then Gabriel snapped his fingers and I had a skimpy outfit on. "I'm going to kill you one day." I said snapping my fingers and I was again dressed in my comfortable leather jacket and newly acquired x man uniform. "You're no fun." Gabe said. "Neither are you." I said. Sam was trying not to laugh. I snapped my fingers and Gabe was gone. "Sorry about him. He is always like that." I said. "Thank god he's gone." Dean said. "Dean about what I said. I didn't mean it. I was scared to leave the friends I have here." I said. He came up and hugged me. "We missed you and we need you." He said. "Something's different about you." I said. "I'm a demon." He said. "How? Why?" I asked. "The mark." He said. "You idgit! Why the hell would you take the mark?" I asked. "You were MIA and we couldn't find you and Cas was being fricking unhelpful." Dean said. "I'm sorry Dean. I missed you too." I said. "So do you want to hunt with us?" Sam asked.

Kurt pov (read in a German accent)

I was worried that Belle would leave. I love her and don't want to lose her. We went up to the roof. "Kurt if I asked you to come hunt with me and my brothers would you say yes." She asked. "Yes. I don't want to lose you." I said. She smiled. "What about your brothers?" I asked. "If they have a problem they can go jump into the pit." She said. We both laughed. Her hand held mine and for the first time I felt truly and completely accepted.

We ended up falling asleep on the roof. I knew that because angel woke us up with water balloons. "Angel you are so dead!" Belle said, flying after him.

Isabelle pov

After I chased Angel around a bit I talked to my brothers about Kurt. "You really want him to come?" Dean asked. "Yes and if we have to we can use the Morphing Amulet." I said. I even gave Dean my sad kicked puppy eyes. "Fine he can come." Dean relented. I smiled brighter than all the stars in the sky. I teleported straight to Kurt. He was training with Logan. Kurt wrapped his tail around Logan's neck. "They say you can come." I said after the session was over. "That's great but what about." He indicated his blue skin. "We got it covered." I said. He smiled.

The next day

"You better call and visit both of you." Marie said. "Course Rogue." I said. "The Xmen are the first family I ever had." Kurt said. "By the way Iz when we get to the bunker I wanna see if your accuracy hasn't rusted." Dean said. "Of course Dean." I said sliding into the backseat. Just as we started off Carry on Wayward son started playing. "Did you guys buy Kansas cassettes just for me?" I asked. "I told you we missed you." Dean said.

I eventually fell asleep. I was shooting cans with Bobby. This was from I was fifteen. "Isabelle Winchester." A voice said. I turned and saw a man with long shaggy brown hair and warm brown eyes. "Who are you?" I asked. "Who do you think?" he asked. "Either an angel or God or...." It hit me. He was Jesus. "Jesus?" I said. "That's right child. We have much to discuss." He said. I followed him. "You have destined for something great. If I didn't have to I wouldn't drag you into this fight but the situation is worse than my father thought it would be." He said. "What?" I asked. "Metatron is out of control. You must defeat him. He has me held in Heaven's dungeons. You are the only good Heaven has left." He said. "What do I have to do?" I asked. "Complete the ritual for the prophet of The Lord to read the tablet." He said. "40 days and 40 nights in the desert. If this is what it takes to destroy the angel that killed my brother I'll do it with pleasure." I said. "I knew I chose the right human." Jesus said.

I was jerked awake. "What the hell?" I grumbled. "Why are we in the Sahara?" Dean asked. "I thought he would let me drop my things at the bunker first." I said. I got out of the car. "Who?" Kurt asked. "Jesus." I said. The impala with my brothers and Kurt disappeared.

Dean pov

"What just happened?" I asked. "She was left in the desert by Jesus?" Sam said. "That's right." Cas said. "Why?" I asked. "She's Heaven's last hope. She alone can set everything right." Cas said. "Why is she in the desert?" Kurt said. "Any prophet who reads the word of God must spend 40 days and nights in the desert." Cas said. God I hope she's okay.

Isabelle pov

No weapons no nothing. Great. Here comes a rattlesnake.
