Hey Nimbob (Narcus and Zalfie)

Chapter 10-Okay.

*Marcus's POV*

We drove home to our apartment, stopping at Zoe's so she could get some of her overnight stuff. Zoe was staying with us because she didn't want to go home in case she had another panic attack. I can't imagine what they must be like when you're alone.

I unlocked the door and flicked on the lights. I could smell our freshly painted walls as we walked into the living room. I put my phone and wallet down on the counter and went into the kitchen. Zoe and Niomi went into the room they were sharing to get changed.

I put a pop tart into the toaster and poured myself a glass of water. I stared out the window thinking.

What would happen to Alfie? So much had happened in the past two or three months. He had started his gaming channel, gained another million subscribers, broke up with Cat and then got together with Zoe.

I felt a tear slip down my cheek and before I knew it I was sobbing silently. I didn't know what was happening. It's not like Alfie has forgotten who he is, just the past few months. The past few months that had been so important...

I felt two arms wrap around me. I turned to see Niomi staring at me. She smiled.

"Are you okay? Stupid question. Never mind. Will I order pizza? It makes everything better," she said quickly.

I nodded and kissed her on the cheek.

"Thanks Nims, how's Zoe?"

"Not so good. She's in her room crying. She's really upset," she said quietly.

"Yeah. Okay, let's order pizzas."

Niomi and I order pizzas and ice cream. Zoe came out of her room, her eyes were red and puffy and she was in her pyjamas. We put Home Alone I the DVD player even though it wasn't Christmas. The pizzas arrived and we sat back down on the sofa with our food.

Halfway through the film, I heard a sniffle coming from Zoe. I looked at her, she was crying. She ran out of the room and into the bathroom and as she slammed the door, I heard a loud sob.

Niomi stood up. "I'll go and er.....help her," she said. I nodded.

*Niomi's POV*

I walked into the hall and knocked on the bathroom door. "Zoe?"

"Go away," I heard a quiet voice say.

"Zoe please just unlock the door, I need to talk to you," I pleaded.

Slowly the door opened. I stepped inside and saw Zoe sitting on the edge of the bath. I sat next to her.

"Niomi...what do I-" she paused and then broke down in tears. "Oh Niomi I just want him back. I can't bear it that he doesn't love me. What do I do?"

I looked at her straight in the face.

"Zoe, I know this is hard for you but it's not just you. It's Marcus and me and Alfie's family and all his friends and even his subscribers. We're all here for each other, as cliché as it sounds, it's true. We're all in this together. Just imagine how Alfie feels? He doesn't know what's happened or who he's in love with, or what has happened these past couple of months. He needs his friends. I know you love him. He loves you back, he just doesn't know it. We need to be strong. We need to be there for Alfie, okay? He needs us, he needs you. He is still the same person, he will fall in love with you again. I promise," I finished with a smile. I squeezed her shoulders tightly.

Zoe managed a small smile. "Thank you Niomi, I don't know what I would do without you," she said, wiping the tears off her face.

"No problem," I smiled.

"Right then, Marcus is probably worrying his butt off out there so lets go and finish that movie," she said as cheerfully as she could.

We walked into the living room and Marcus was on his phone, the movie paused. He looked up when he saw us and smiled. "Everything okay?"

"Couldn't be better," I said.

Zoe looked at him.

"Okay?" He asked.

"Okay."
