The following week jongin wasn't at school and it made Jee sigh it in relief, she hadn't been able to take her mind off of the kiss and this was now the opportunity for that.
She hasn't talked to Xi or Wei since the small insult he threw at her past self. But they always tried to talk to he, Xi wanted to apologize for her boyfriends behaviour but with the way that Jee was dodging them both and ignoring them.
Jee walked to her locker and she opens it after putting in the combination, while putting up her books she Takes out her contacts and puts them away. "Ugh..im going to wear my glasses again.." Jee heard footsteps approach her locker and she pushes her glasses upwards so that they rested comfortably on the bridge of her nose.
"Hey.." Jee turned her head noticing sehun, one of jongin's friends standing beside her, she scoffed rolling her eyes.
"Dont tell me, it's one of those cliché things you see in a drama where jongin changes his name and moves out of the country after a simple kiss?" Jee says as sehun raises one of his eyebrows.
"No, it's nothing like that but you did get the name part right. He changed his name to Kai for a talent agency"
Sehun heard the school bell ring and he sighs turning away"Hurry up and head to class before the teacher arrives" Sehun states in a somewhat harsh tone, but behind that tone Jee knew that it was supposed to come out nicer, nevertheless she headed back to homeroom with a smile on her face as she read her comic book. The students all looking at her confused at why she was now wearing her glasses.
They thought they made her look like a nerd but did she care? Nope not at all. She was getting tired of wearing makeup for other people's standards and she didnt want to live up to theirs but rather her own standards.
So as soon as she sat down she opened up her bag and took out a few makeup wipes. Everyone didnt pay much attention at first thinking that she was just going to wipe of a few errors in her makeup. After a few minutes of her wiping the makeup away she finally felt her face lose all of the heaviness and instead showed her skin that had minimal acne scars and her naturally thin eyebrows. The class watched as she tied her hair in a low ponytail and she pushed her glasses up throwing the used makeup wipes away.
